À propos de cet hébergement

Appartements flambant neufs situés dans l'ancienne ancienne église baptiste construite en 1908. Les 7 unités se trouvent à l'étage supérieur de l'annexe, du côté ouest du bâtiment. L'ensemble du bâtiment a subi un remodelage historique approuvé. Unités au 2e étage sans ascenseur.

Appartement 204, situé à l'extrémité nord de l'immeuble 3 fenêtres. Il s’agit d’un très grand studio avec un lit king-size, un canapé-lit double, une grande cuisine, une salle de bains avec une combinaison baignoire / douche, une télévision connectée de 50 pouces, un mur à débordement exposé et du parquet.
Les appartements sont disponibles pour des séjours courts ou longs. Il n'y a vraiment rien de tel à Yakima, situé en plein centre-ville et accessible à pied pour tous les restaurants du centre-ville, les établissements vinicoles, les brasseries et les bars, le palais de justice du comté et l'hôtel de ville. Google l'adresse pour tout voir autour de cet endroit. Starbucks dans la rue à venir en juin 2020.
Les installations comprennent un accès WIFI haut débit par câble gratuit et une grande télévision WIFI intelligente, une cuisine complète avec cuisinière et réfrigérateur de grande taille, bien approvisionné en pots, casseroles et ustensiles. Un lit King size confortable et un canapé-lit double. Chaque appartement dispose d'une grande baignoire et d'une douche carrelée.
Chaque appartement dispose de mini-split chauffage / climatisation électrique pour votre confort. Nous avons 4 laveuses / sécheuses sur place. Pas de service d'entretien, mais nous avons le nettoyage disponible à un coût supplémentaire.
Nous proposons des places de stationnement hors rue pour une voiture et des places de stationnement dans la rue pour les autres.

Location is great.

Overall great place to stay in downtown Yakima. Apts are great. Due to location and shared use, the entry protocols are a bit cumbersome but security is worth it. Shared with an event space so loud music should be expected. Unit was not cleaned from previous guest but one phone to the hosts and it was corrected very quickly. Great communication by/with the host. Will stay there again.

Anniversary Trip

The access to the property and room was easy. Apt. was better than expected- large and clean. Bed sheets could have looked less used. Communication with management was easy. Homeless constantly around site and trash made coming and going feel less safe. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

The church is now an event space with rooms about. There was a party which lasted until midnight. Very loud. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

We loved our stay of 3 nights! The AC worked very well and the room was clean. The check out book was detailed with what we had to do when leaving, and all appliances worked. The wifi was really good, we went to a conference as a PR Team and the internet uploaded our content quickly. The only negative thing is that the property has a lot of houseless people outside. They did not pose harm or hurt anyone, but they wandered around outside. There are 3 code locked doors to get to the rooms, so we made sure to watch the door close behind us before we went in and it was fine.

5 star apt. 2 star location

The apartment was remodeled to very modern and tasteful standards. The bed was good and firm the apartment was appointed Tastefully and was very clean. There were three security doors to go through before the door to your apartment so security was tight. However the area surrounding the church was very suspect. When I first arrived there were a couple of what appeared to be homeless drunks sitting on the front step. Throughout the weekend there were various homeless sleeping on the steps or round the other areas of the church. However I was never given any grief by any of them and only I saw the police talking to one of them. The appointed parking behind the am pm looked much to remote and sketchy for me to park my car in so I parked on the side street which wasn't an issue. I was there for a convention and this apartment is one block down from the convention center so that was perfect. It's also next door to the YMCA and a brew pub just down the street. Although I was concerned about the neighborhood when I first arrived the apartment turned out to be a pleasant surprise

Unique stay in downtown Yakima

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again when in town visiting family. Pros: large room in quiet building. The property was apparently full according to the manager, but we could hardly tell. We only ever saw one other car and didn’t hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent apartments. Close to downtown Yakima and easy hub to get around from. Cons: there was a leak from the ceiling in our room upon arrival. Management was very friendly and apologetic. We were told someone would come by and they would notify us via text. Someone did come by to clean up and put a bucket under the leak, but no text. Would recommend bringing your own towels. The provided towels are both few in number and small in size. If you plan on using the kitchen, you might want to bring an extra kitchen towel or two as well. Room was dusty, floor was not clean.

Comfy and convenient

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the church apartment! The large bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and much bigger than we would get at a hotel. There were some unhoused people that hung out on the sidewalk outside but they were all very pleasant and my husband and I never felt uncomfortable walking around. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and winery tasting rooms that we were interested in. Plenty of street parking. Secure entry to the building with the keypad. Air conditioning worked a treat!

Convenient Location, Clean and Unique Property!

Excellent stay at this beautiful renovated Yakima apartment, very clean, stayed cool during a very hot week, and beautiful and unique architecture. Clear, easy communications and check-in and out. Comfortable bed. As noted at check-in, there is a notable houseless population in the area (downtown location), and parking is a block+ away -- I had no issues, but good to be aware of one's surroundings after dark. Definitely recommended!

This place is exactly as described. It is spacious and fairly well equipped. Bring your own ground coffee - there was some there, but the freshness seemed questionable to me. If you plan on cooking, bring your own oil, etc. I found salt and pepper and sugar for coffee, but otherwise no other supplies. Very unique place to stay.

Fun and spacious place to stay. While no restaurant, room service or pool, the location downtown is great for getting around Yakima. Support staff had great recommendations for local places to eat and sights to see.

Great historic building.

Loved the historic old church and would recommend to anyone. The space is immaculate, and huge but the fold out couch was a little less than desirable and there were a few homeless ppl in the neighborhood but not overly intimidating (I was not alone). Parking was right out front so that was great. Starbucks literally across the street and within walking distance to many fine downtown restaurants, which is nice.

Visiting Yakima breweries/hop farms

Nice location close to many restaurants and breweries. Outside of property was not as well maintained, but the unit was very clean and spacious. Because of the large windows the noise from the adjacent apartment building was loud at times, but quieted down at night. Parking across the street seemed a little questionable but no issues with our car for two nights. Nice to have access to the laundry on same floor as unit. Comfortable stay, ac worked well, had everything we needed.

Clean and Private

Upon arrival we enjoyed the the openness of our room and the little details left from the church building like the brick wall and the big windows. We felt the room was very private and super clean. The kitchen was well supplied to make breakfast and lunch. Our only little slight hiccup was not feeling very safe in the parking lot and the neighborhood where the building is, but once in the building very safe. Overall, we will defintely return again for our visits to Yakima.

Very unique and clean property downtown.

We spent a weekend here to get away from the rain in Seattle and do a little hiking and brewery hopping. This location is right downtown near the convention center and other major hotels, and there is a brewery and coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was spacious and basically brand new inside, with a well stocked kitchen. Very unique in that it is inside a renovated old church. During our stay it was almost completely silent inside, no noise from other tenants or traffic. The central heating worked well and the bedding was comfortable. One note I will make is that this is a second floor unit, and there is no elevator, and three security keypad doors to go through to get to the unit. So if you have trouble with stairs, or a lot of heavy luggage this could be an issue. Also, no reflection on this property at all, but I was surprised at the level of vacant storefronts, homelessness, and open drug use in downtown. So we didn’t wander around much after dark.
