Le MI Happy Place Island Resort (anciennement Garden Villas) est ravi d'être sous une nouvelle propriété et une nouvelle direction, avec de nouvelles commodités et améliorations pour rendre encore plus beau un emplacement pratique et relaxant!

Lors de la location du MI Happy Place Island Resort, vous disposerez de huit chambres et de quatre salles de bains pouvant accueillir vingt-deux personnes, ce qui en fait le cadre idéal pour les réunions de famille, les mariages romantiques sur la plage, les réunions d'entreprise ou tout simplement pour le plaisir! Ces unités peuvent également être louées individuellement, alors assurez-vous de vérifier les 4 unités, MI Happy Place Sand Castle, MI Happy Place Sand Dollar, MI Happy Place Sea Horse et MI Happy Place Sea Turtle. Les équipements fournis rendront vos vacances sur l'île d'Anna Maria agréables pendant que vous profiterez d'une escapade d'un week-end ou d'un séjour prolongé. Cette charmante localité insulaire est idéalement située en face de la plage publique de lamantin et du golfe du Mexique. Marchez jusqu'au café sur la plage, à la boutique de surf de la côte ouest et au centre commercial Island Center à proximité, qui répond à tous vos besoins de magasinage, notamment des restaurants, des boutiques spécialisées et d'autres commodités insulaires. Vous pouvez monter et descendre du chariot gratuit toute la journée tous les jours avec des arrêts de chariot juste en face de la rue. De nombreuses attractions de la Floride, telles que Busch Gardens, Mote Marine Lab et Disney World, sont à une courte distance en voiture. Stationnement adéquat disponible pour les bateaux et les remorques.

Le MI Happy Place Island Resort dispose d'une buanderie commune, d'une piscine chauffée, d'une terrasse de 30 x 40 pieds au bord de la piscine et d'une aire de grillade couverte avec un barbecue à gaz. C'est un endroit parfait pour se réunir le soir après une journée de farniente à la plage. Les possibilités sont infinies pour en faire une grande escapade et vous voudrez revenir pendant de nombreuses années à venir!

Séjour minimum de sept nuits requis de décembre à Pâques et un séjour minimum de trois nuits est disponible en mai et août jusqu'en novembre. Veuillez appeler pour des séjours plus courts en juin et juillet.

Le stationnement est limité à huit véhicules.

This was an awesome place to stay - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The units were perfect and the beautiful outdoor area and large pool fit our whole group. Having the property to ourselves gave us a lot of flexibility to gather as a group or spend time alone. Because it was hot, the pool was our favorite place, and we really appreciated all the seating around the pool. Being able to walk across the street to swim and play volleyball at the beach was just a bonus. Everything we needed (groceries, restaurants, shops, recreation) was nearby. We definitely look forward to a return trip and highly recommend to others! You just can't beat the location of MI Happy Place!

From the gas grill, to the beautiful heated pool all the way to the laundry room. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better there than at home. Each bungalow had beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of toys...it was absolutely perfect. Just a little suggestion, for the cool nights a nice throw blanket on the couches would be nice to curl up with. We will be returning for 2 weeks in February and we cannot wait❤️

The space is perfect for cookouts, Publix is around the corner and the beach is just crossing the street. The rooms are in good condition. We had a problem with the cable and one of the maintenance guys came over and send Dish to fix it. We also had some random people go into the pool while we were there, and again the maintenance crew came to check it out. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay together. Some of the rooms needs a bit of upgrading. Sand Dollar, the attic opens and closes at night (weird), and the BBQ area needs a bit more light, especially now that the sunset is so early, it definitely needs more. Maybe hanging lights. Overall it was an amazing experience. We can't wait to go back!

The outside grill was a big hit, used it almost everyday. Close to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. Only thing we could have used were inside mats at both doors, tiles could be slippery. We have already booked again for next year.

The only detriment was that in our unit the bathroom sink did not drain for the entire time. Guess brushing teeth and washing up in the kitchen sink was part of the adventure.....

The pool was perfect! We were right across the street from the public beach which was a great surprise! Each house was well stocked with towels and all the kitchen things we needed. Very impressed with the beach chairs and wagons available!!! I would recommend this rental to anyone with a family! Excellent for multiple families vacationing together!! We loved our stay!

Mi Happy Place Indeed!!

The place is very cozy & it was great for our group! If not for the ongoing pandemic & Hurricane Eta which passed a day before our stay which caused several of the family members Having to cancel, it would have been a perfect place for our celebration!!! But we made the best of the situation!
