Maison de ville haut de gamme avec piscine privée chauffée dans un superbe emplacement. Trouvez-vous juste au coin du village de Siesta Key et à quelques minutes à pied ou à vélo de la plage de Siesta Key. Située dans une rue calme avec un aménagement paysager luxuriant, cette maison de ville peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Au premier étage, vous trouverez une salle familiale avec foyer électrique, canapés confortables et télévision avec son surround. L'endroit idéal pour profiter d'une soirée cinéma en famille. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour répondre à presque tous les besoins de cuisine et est ouverte sur le salon / salle à manger du premier étage. À l'arrière, vous pouvez sortir sur le patio et la piscine privée, parfaits pour profiter du soleil de la Floride.

En montant au deuxième étage, vous trouverez un coin salon supplémentaire donnant sur la salle familiale et une deuxième chambre avec lit queen-size. Un autre demi-étage plus haut, vous trouverez la suite parentale meublée avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bains privative. Les deux chambres, le salon et la salle familiale ont une télévision et Internet sans fil est accessible dans toute la propriété.

Great location - ended up being much closer to beach and restaurants than we had thought. Kids had a great time swimming in the pool.

This property was great! We enjoyed our stay so much. It was very conveniently located close to the village and the beach! The pool was great for kids! Again, we had such a great time, and the property was perfect for us!

Siesta getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked last minute and thought it was great. Great location to restaurants and shops. Only thing that could improve would be beach chairs and wagon. Other than that overall great stay for our family !

Look no further

This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation in Siesta Key. Neat, clean, well decorated, a pool, gas grill, all the amenities you needed. Additionally, the village was a couple of blocks away with excellent restaurants and shopping, and the best beaches in the US were also within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property

This property more than exceeded my expectations! It was beautiful, immaculately clean, spacious, cozy and more than we hoped for. Is it truly just a short walk to the beach and all the shops/restaurants. Very pleased and plan on staying here again very soon. Thank you!

Fantastic

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. Our only complaint is there were to many TV clickers, and no direction on how to use them. Everything else was fantastic 🙂

Great location, excellent property

This was third time we rented this property and we like it. Cleanliness, management and property are excellent. There are some things to improve: more bath towels, more glasses and coffee mugs. Beach equipment is in bad shape, only two worn out chairs and broken sun umbrellas. If all this is replaced or improved, it would be full five star property.

Spacious home near Siesta Village

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This well appointed and spacious home is located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Siesta Village and the beach. The convenience of the location, not to mention the private pool, made for a memorable vacation. The only negative is that there are only two chaise lounges for use around the pool. We used our beach chairs for added seating.

Amazing!

Just as described. Close to beach access #2 and to village. Property was immaculate (including the pool which is always an issue with rentals). We really enjoyed it and will likely return! Since nothing is perfect, the washing machine is very corroded and I was fearful of cutting my hands with it, owners should consider a replacement. But this is a very minor thing that would not prevent me from returning. Keep it up!

A beautiful townhome close to everything

Our family stayed at this property in June 2023, it was our third visit to Siesta Key and we've stayed in a different place each time. This townhome has everything you could want: plenty of room, nice furniture, an updated kitchen and our kids definitely loved the private pool! It's not huge, but the water is pleasantly warm. The village is literally steps away, it only takes a couple of minutes and you're in the middle of shops and restaurants. The beach is a little further, but still about 10 minutes or less by foot. There were chairs and other beach items in the garage, as well as a nice wagon which was very helpful getting to the beach. We love going to Siesta Key, it's one of our favorite beaches. We have no complaints about this property, and would stay there again.

Another fantastic property from RSK

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used RSK several times now and would use no other agent for SK properties. Having actually stayed in the adjoining property before ( booked through RSK) we were familiar with the local area. The house is situated in a quiet street located of Ocean Blvd and only a short walk takes you to the beach,eateries and supermarket. The property itself is well emaculate and well kitted out with all you need for your vacation. Small pool but more than big enough for family fun.The only negative thing is the decor , it is quite drab and no disrespect to the owners it is dated and needs brightened up , also the TVs could do with updating. However , this would not stop us staying there again as the house is so comfortable , clean and in a fantastic location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impressions were fantastic. Beautiful place, well kept. However two things were extremely annoying. First, no hair dryers anywhere. I think it's been 30 years or more since I had to buy a hair dryer on vacation. The second was a lack of TV channels to watch. We had 5-7 days of cloudy cool weather and chose to stay indoors alot. No food or home improvement channels at all. Just basic reruns of old movies or news. Not much else to watch. We also did not print out the password to the wi-fi at home therefore couldn't access our computers. We called the help line of the management company and left a message (on the emergency helpline) and never got a return call. We finally logged into our internet at a relatives house and got our wi-fi info. Lucky we had that option.

Beautiful Property/Perfect Location

The property is very nice. Location is a 10/10. The village is steps away and beach access #7 is a short walk. We opted for a golf cart rental for the week to and from the beach as well as the south village. The beach took 2 minutes max to get there on the cart. The only complaint was the air conditioner. The upstairs bedrooms were very hot during our stay. Clearly this has been documented previously as there were additional small fans in the room but overall fix would be a second unit/zone. We did visit in August one of the hottest months of the year but otherwise the house was amazing.

Great location!!!!

We had a great stay. Love the fact that everything was within walking distance. Siesta key village has a perfect mix of restaurants and bars. The area is also great for getting out and going for a walk.

You eill not go wrong at this property that has an overall bohemian tropical theme. The property is well cared for and offers a private space vlose too all that siesta keys has to offer. It is literally right around the corner and walking distance to everything. The pool took some time to heat up but qas small enough for a small group. The owners offer extra towels and beach gear such as chairs and umbrellas. Some of it is unusable and likely left bh prior renters. This is a smaller property unlike some of the newer and more modern homes. Thhe televisions are all set for roku or are smart tvs. if you font have the patience to figure them out you will lilelg not watch tv during yoir stay. Go!!! You will enjoy it.

Great property!

This is a fabulous property! Close to the Village - 3 minute walk and to Beach Access 7 - 10 minute walk! It should be known there is NO light in the pool and the property owners do this so you will not swim past dusk. It was extremely disappointing for us, and with that we didn’t use the pool at all. You’ll hear several other properties surrounding you that are having fun in the evenings at their pool. We had enough bedding and an over abundance of towels. All the appliances work great. The owners suite bathroom sink drains slows, but that’s a secondary issue. The bathrooms were stocked with anything you might forget. Shampoo conditioner, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, foil, baggies, etc etc etc. the house has been updated. The one car garage is unusable. It’s holding furniture. The garage has kites, a wagon and some pool/ocean toys for your family. It’s a property we’ll return to soon!
