Table Rock Lake vacation

This property was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for both lake activities and Branson visits. It was quiet and relaxing and we would stay there again.

Wonderful family getaway!

We loved our time on Table Rock lake and at OMR! The condo was spacious and very clean! The check in and check out process was very easy! We will absolutely stay here again!

Great 4th of July escape

Check in was super easy, this place is huge and an excellent location. Boat ramp on site and a place to drop your trailer. Paul was easy to work with. This place is great for a family getaway

Great place very spacious

The stay was fantastic, the place was much bigger than we expected. The view was amazing from the deck. Paul was great allowing us a little time due to being rear-ended while on vacation. Would absolutely ce back, thank you.

Great property and Large clean condo

We have been coming to Kimberling City for 15 years and this is the nicest unit and property that we have stayed at. The unit has and open floor plan and large bedrooms. The deck was spacious and had a nice view, sunny and warm in the morning and shaded in the evening. We would definitely stay her again

Nice big condo at Table Rock Lake

This condo is big. The master suite is huge and the second bedroom is also big. Plenty of room throughout. Nice to have access to the pool, etc. at the adjacent Ozark Mountain Resort. There is even a swimming area at the lake. Overall a very good condo.

Nice condo, not so good boating arrangement

The condo is nice, roomy, area has steap inclines so you will get your exercise. Pool is nice. Area is very clean. I wouldnt recommend if your bringing a boat. The launch is nice. But no boat slip to rent. Although there are multiple empty spots. I wouldnt have rented one but not an option. You can not park your boat or trailer by the dock although there is parking. It's not for this condo. You have to park up the hill, quite the hike. Not convenient. No where to charge your troller motor or plug in near by. I would recommend a marina instead.

Snow not removed from road. Snow/Ice not removed from sidewalk. We had to shovel sidewalk and put salt on sidewalk. The garbage disposal was broken. The sink on the side of garbage disposal was plugged up. We called they came out and did nothing to fix it the problem.They Left the sink plugged told us to just use the other side of sink. There was no grill. No mixer. No remote for TV in guest bedroom.

The condo is great, the resort isn’t.

The condo is dated and has no wifi which is all in the listing. I don’t think the pictures do the condo justice though. It is spacious and has a good layout and my family was very comfortable there. The only real downside for me was that you have spotty LTE service. I was hoping there would be decent coverage there but that wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again. The downside of staying here is the resort itself. It is supposed to have good access to the lake and you can see the lake, however the dock we tried to use to shuffle people on and off our boat was apparently off limits. Rather than inform us we weren’t supposed to use it and give use the opportunity to just go, they instead thought it was appropriate to send two different Managers (not at the same time) a security guard and then we were all called by our hosts. All for one single time we used it. We didn’t complain. We didn’t try to continue using it. We just got on the boat and went about our day and found another solution. The general behavior of the time-share people there, the extremely large number of rules (wait until you get the email about parking) combined with this treatment by the staff made us feel extremely unwelcome. If you want to use the lake you are better off staying closer to a marina or find a resort that has a dock you are allowed to use. The lake is better around Shell Knob too. If you are just going to relax and stay in or maybe hit Branson sites then go for it.

Overpriced for Roughing it Style Condo - Random Break In (No Apology)

This condo is about as outdated as the management company website.When we checked in there was a faded note on fridge that looked like it's been used for the past year “ice maker broken sorry”. The dryer took 3 cycles to dry but then broke on day 2. The Internet was not available as I brought an ethernet cord and but there was no modem. Listing back in February hid no wifi on page 2 but still advertise internet which is not accurate. The sleeper sofa was broken on the bottom corner so if you try to sleep on it you are slanted with feet touching ground.Condo owner is clearly not putting any money into this condo as everything is hanging on by a thread. Everything cheap- Tiles broken on bathroom floor so you rock on tile while going to bathroom. Lightbulbs out in bathroom and Blinds laying on chair in master suite upon arrival. Fabrics, towels, linens, blinds are from the 1990s along with the blue carpet. Poor Management Company-Complained about broken dryer and decided it was broken. Then at 2pm my wife and I are in the family room, and someone just enters the condo. Luckily my wife ran to put clothes on as she heard the man tugging at the door. The man didn't knock but just came in with keys he possessed and said he was here to measure closet for new washer and dryer that would be installed the next week. I guess thedecides to use my rental time to do work on their condo?No acknowledgement/Apology from Paul and wouldn’t respond to who this person was or why I woul

Homely Environment Beautiful View

The property is somewhat outdated. Please be prepared for No WI-FI. Master bedroom tv is out dated. There was hair everywhere in the bathrooms. It was more of a homely environment and they did offer many things most hotels didn’t offer. I loved the fact they wanted to make the renter feel more at home than at a hotel. If your wanting a away from home stay…. this may not be the place for you. There were to many things left behind from previous renters to let you know no one may have cleaned the property throughly. However, the VIEW IS AMAZING!!!!!!

Great location

We were very surprised with this condo. We booked two weeks before Thanksgiving. The rooms were bigger than the pictures show. My 2 year old son had plenty of room to play with his toys. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the balcony. It very close to everything that we wanted to do. Top of table rock was awesome as well as the dogwood canyon. If you get the chance go to The college of the ozarks. You will not regret. I would definitely book this place again should we return back to the Branson area.

Nice view off balcony of water

Easy, didn't see no internet though until I booked, didn't matter wasn't there for that. The toilets needed attention when we got there due to humidity, sitting stagnet between guests. You have to turn the water heater on and adjust temperature. Make sure you read the instructions to get check in and out right

Not boater friendly

The condo was nice and clean. All appliances functioned properly. Not much of a view from the balcony. While the condo was clean and functional, it could definitely use some updating. There were some loose floor tile in the master bath.. My wife mentioned the Golden Girls when we first walked in.. The only real problem was the boat situation. There is no boat slip available for this condo. Your boat must be launched and loaded every time you go out on the water. Also, the boat and trailer parking area apparently gets locked up overnight. That was a problem when I wanted to go fishing at dawn and was unable to access my boat. Overall the stay was nice. I like the location. Just across the bridge from the grocery store. Just minutes away from a wal mart and just a short drive to Branson.
