The Cove - Bungalow with a Private Pool and Bikes!

Welcome to "The Cove" a cozy home near the beach!
This cute bungalow is the perfect home away from home. You will have the entire house and yard all to yourself. It has two spacious bedrooms, a full bath and a 1/2 bath along with a large private fenced in backyard that includes an in-ground pool!

Enjoy included amenities: 4 adult bikes, golf clubs, WiFi, Smart TVs, Netflix, full size washer and dryer, Weber gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool floats and a fully stocked kitchen!

The Cove is close to the charming town of Dunedin with many restaurants, breweries and shops. The Pinellas trail for biking and walking is just across the street and a great way to get to Dunedin.
The water is only 3 blocks away, perfect for a spectacular Florida sunset!
Beautiful Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island state park are 10 mins by car. Pool Heater is available March through November. Smoke and drug free property.

The Cove worked out perfectly! Really nice, well-kept place. Nice to enjoy breakfast Coffee in the screened-in porch by the pool. Rode our bikes up & down the Pinellas Trail, 120miles for the week. Close proximity to Dunedin was terrific! Short ride to waters edge to watch the sunset! It's all good!

Clearwater/Dunedin house

I stayed here 3 nights while visiting a friend who lives nearby. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped, and in a good location. It was excellent for my purposes. I did not use the pool or the bikes, but all looked good.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at The Cove very much. You will find everything you need and more. The house is very well equipped. We took the bikes for a ride to Dunedin. The trail is only two minutes away. It is nice to have the pool and the beautiful backyard. Sue was very helpful and easy to reach. We would love to come back!

THE COVE

We had an excellent stay at The Cove!! Including arrival and check out, we stayed 9 days... the Home is wonderful with great beachy decorations! The additional half bath helped us very much and was very pretty. The on property laundry was a super bonus. Sue was assume and communicated every step!! THANK YOU AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Our second time staying at The Cove and it was again fantastic. Sue is absolutely wonderful! The place is clean and conveniently located to Downtown Dunedin. We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful stay on a beautiful property!

Sue was very communicative on check in procedures. She also provided a handy book with further home instruction & local info- so helpful! Everything you need and more! The pool was so refreshing after a long day in the sun. Having our own grill to cook up fresh seafood from the market was also a plus+ Charming lil screened in patio was a relief from evening mosquitos & fun little lizards that popped by to say hello! Overall the whole family enjoyed our stay at The Cove. Thank you Sue! We’ll be returning again ☀️

Great place to stay

Perfect end to our 13 day Florida trip - 5 night stay here just relaxing before flying home. House very well laid out, original features, very comfortable and has everything you could think of as well as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. A lovely maintained pool and pool area. Dunedin town is great, lovely area nice eateries. Whilst we headed into Clearwater too, we preferred Dunedin. Clearwater beach is 15 min drive away, clean and the water was sooo warm. Beautiful sunsets to be had a 3min bike ride away from the house. A great stay!

Fabulous

The Cove is your home away from home but better. It had everything we needed except body lotion. This property is clean and comfortable. Sue, the Host, is great to deal with. The pool was so nice especially with the floats. Sue has really thought of everything. It was awesome being able to do laundry and come home with clean clothes. The location is close to both Dunedin and Clearwater.

February Vacation

We loved this house, Sue provided everything we could have needed and was very accessible if we needed help with anything. The office was perfect for myself working remotely and the pool was great. It was so close to downtown Dunedin and so much to do. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant Stay

Property clean and exactly as advertised. Wished it was a warmer time of year so we could have used the pool. Located in an older neighborhood but it appeared safe. Stocked with everything we needed and the use of bikes is a nice added touch.

Cozy home away from home

perfect set up, fully stocked, very clean, and so comfy. Just 2 miles from our daughters home so the location was ideal. Too bad it wasn't warm enough to swim! I highly recommend The Cove!

First time in Clearwater. House was clean, organized and well equipped for anything you may need. Close to shops and restaurants downtown. It was a hot week so we were grateful for the pool. Small issue with the heater but was promptly resolved and Sue was very responsive. Will keep on the return list for sure. Thank you! Kathleen

The Cove

Our stay at "The Cove" was comfortable, quiet, and fun. The house is close to all of our favorite activities and great places to eat and NOT too close to family (we like our privacy). The Cove is a great place to stay and we'll use it again!

Another great stay at The Cove!

We've stayed at The Cove several times and have consistently enjoyed our vacations there. The house is extremely clean, cared for, well-supplied (with everything/anything you need - saves on our packing!), and comfortable. We always feel at home when we're there. The pool is a huge bonus too! Also, Sue is a phenomenal host. We're planning to return in 2024.

Loved everything about our stay, the house is beautiful and perfect for us, the outdoor space is a wonderful place to relax with the pool to cool down in. The pictures do not do it justice at all, lots of room and I loved the nook with the rocking chair. So close to the pinellas trail and Dunedin centre. Just loved it 💕

Wonderful place

House was very clean and tidy. All the comforts of home. My wife and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Although we didn't cook or utilize the grill or kitchen amenities (other than the coffe pot for the mornings), the house was fully stocked for preparation of any meal you would want. The pool was amazing, we used it daily in the hot July afternoons. Sue was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. If i could give our stay more than 5 stars i would. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend the cove!

A little about me, I enjoy the outdoors both the beach and the mountains. Some of my favorite activities include hiking, biking, birdwatching and cooking. I love to travel and have rented many properties. I believe this helps to make "The Cove" a perfect VRBO rental.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I actually rented the property and loved it so much that I bought it!
The house has a very homey, cozy feel and the pool is the perfect size.
The location is wonderful with Clearwater Beach and the cute town of Dunedin close by. The street is in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood.
