Nice and Clean!

We chose this cabin for our fall family vacation. (2 adults 5 kids, ranging in ages from 6 months - 7 years) The cabin was very nice and clean. They had even provided a small box of k-cups for us to use which we were grateful for because we forgot our coffee lol. The cabins location makes it easily accessible to many attractions and the little pizza shop at the entrance to the community is VERY good and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely rent here again.

1647 falls way

The property was clean and comfortable. No stairs to enter on the main floor. Master bedroom was upstairs. Second bedroom is located on the main floor. Location is very easy to get to and close to the Pigeon Forge attractions. Had a washer and dryer also. Nice unit. No need to contact property management. Good communication.

Cute/Clean/Convenient Cabin

The cabin was clean, very well decorated, stocked with clean linens and all necessities for the week. The hot tub and pool were enjoyable. We were a just a few short minutes from so many fun activities. My only negatives were that the sinks drained slowly and the AC upstairs stopped working the last night. Otherwise, great stay and would go back again!

Parking

Had parking issues with cabin beside us. We had no place to park that my vehicle was not in the roadway. Neighboring cabin took my space with three cars and a motorcycle. Contacted owner and nobody would take care of the issue. Needs designated parking signs. Communication was very bad with property owners and owner.

Needs some help

The “cabin” was ok. It was more like a duplex. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper don’t stay here. You can definitely tell this is ran by a management company and is not someone’s home. There is a high cleaning fee but the guests are expected to do a lot of the work themselves before checking out. I probably wouldn’t rent this place again.

Fall break

We loved our stay here. Convenient to town and the cabin seemed fairly new. I feel like it could have been a little cleaner in the bathrooms but they weren’t bad also you could hear the people next door walking/talking very loudly! They were up early while we were not! Overall would go back again! Nice place.

Great location and accommodations.

The accommodations were great. We loved the upstairs bedroom it was very convenient for us to have our kids in the same room. The location was close to activities, stores and Smoky Mountain N.P. Overall, this was a great choice for our trip. We had a great time. The recommendation I would have is that there should be a broom in the house. We found a dust pan but no broom. Kids spill things so to clean it up it would be convenient. Also under the beds it should be dusted every so often.

Cabin Rental

Although everything looked clean at first glance, we began to find issues as we were there overnight. We arrived at dark and was ready to rest and found the cabin not as clean as we had thought upon arrival. The hot tub was very dirty with hair floating around and gritty dirt on the bottom. We found mold on the shower curtains and the cooking area around the stove was very greasy. We made a phone call to management and did not receive a response for two days. When management called back she stated that she had been off and didn’t see our message. This property has several cabins and would require a manager on duty each day. The shower curtains were replace the day before we left (we were there from Monday-Sunday). The hot tub was never cleaned and in order to have clean towels each day we had to wash them ourselves. The cabins are newer and very nice, but will probably not last long if the maintence and management does not improve.

Great stay

Cabin was very nice and clean. Queen bed very comfy! The location was perfect for quick trips to daily activities. The only negative is that you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you as it is a duplex type. Privacy on the back patio was a bit lacking as well. Overall great stay!

Great location

This cabin was very nice for my family. We had everything we needed. The master is upstairs with the bunk beds which was great! We didn’t get to use the jacuzzi because of the weather, but it was okay. Really didn’t have the privacy for it anyway. The location of the cabin was right around the corner from the parkway. Great location!!!! I would recommend this cabin to anyone who want to travel to Pigeon Forge.

We would stay here again . The cabin was as expected.

The kids and us loved the cabin. Was hard to find by address tho. Also our infant was finding pink beads upstairs other than that I have to complaints.
