Space Coast 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in a desirable Oak Tree Gardens neighborhood. Only a 5 min drive to US1 along the Indian River where you can watch rocket launches! Home features screened patio downstairs and enclosed garden area and upstairs balcony. NEW AC system installed April 2020, new furniture, new Serta pillow top king mattresses, down comforters, linens, and kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer, Roku TV's in every room. Our home is comfortable, clean and will not disappoint.

Third Year

This is our third year staying at this lovely condo. The place is very comfy, including the California king size beds. It’s a great place to see rocket launchers given that Titusville is the closest town to Kennedy Space Center. We look forward to coming back next year.

Perfect location for Canaveral National Seashore

My partner and my cat had a great time. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping and Cape Canaveral National Seashore. The townhouse was very nice and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed and would/will stay again.

Titusville Stay

The property is in great shape and everything you need is there for you. We stayed 3 1/2 weeks while we were waitng on our new home to finish and Jess was really a wonderful host. She even talked with us when hurricane Milton was going to happen. on suggestions to help

A little gem on the Space Coast

This immaculate townhouse was perfect for my husband and I. Roomy, clean and new. Located close to all the space coast attractions, beaches shopping and Airport. Definitely a 5 star rating!

My sister, my dog, and I stayed in this lovely, clean condo in a quiet neighborhood while visiting extended family in Titusville. Great central location. Would definitely recommend!

Great weekend at the Space Coast

Our group of 4 stayed here while participating in the Mammoth March. The townhome was stylish, clean, and comfortable. You can tell the owners care about their property. We also had 2 great meals around town. Very nice weekend, hope to come again.

Quick unexpected trip to Florida

We had to go to Florida on short notice. The homeowners were very quick to respond. The house was extremely clean! It is a quiet location and convenient to many locations around Titusville. Highly recommend and we will try to stay here again!

Booked our stay in Titusville for two nights, visiting family for the holiday so pets being welcome was such a relief. Jessie was excellent in communication about the property and check in process. Nice and quiet!

Everything was just as pictured, a quiet townhouse with an awesome couch! One small suggestion would be blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was great and comfortable.

We enjoyed it very much everything was clean, and I was everything that the listing said it would be and more. While we were there there was a launch from the space Center, we sell family which was wonderful but the weather was ugly. Can’t have it all lol overall we had a wonderful visit. Thank you to our host for making the process so easy.

Located in a quiet established neighborhood this condo is centrally located to activities in all directions. It's very clean with nice furnishings, spacious rooms and upgraded kitchen appliances. The screened porch is a game changer!

This was our second stay here. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate as much as last year, so we spent a lot more time inside. It eased our disappointment by staying at a place that’s comfortable with more than enough space for the two of us. We love the porch!!! We’ve already rebooked for next year.

Lovely Condo

This two-bedroom condo was nicely furnished, roomy, and had a well-furnished, immaculate kitchen. The thoughtfulness of the owner was obvious, as there were condiments and extras for our use. Beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were a plus. While the complex was a bit run-down looking, we felt very safe and the privacy fence encouraged us to use the screened porch. Though nothing was in walking distance, we found shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful and well appointed!

This is a lovely two-story townhome in a well-established neighborhood near a local lake park. The owner is extraordinarily gracious, always attentive to my questions (which were plenty!) From here it is an easy drive to the center of town, to beach areas, and to local restaurants, some fronting the Indian River with views of the Space Center and launching areas. The place has a contemporary feel to it, including its wonderful kitchen, and the 2.5 bathrooms are truly convenient. I look forward to staying here again in future occasions

Nice place

This place was great on the inside. Very clean and well maintained. All of the things you could need. It’s not often I stay somewhere where there are extras of needed items like toilet paper, garbage bags, washing soap etc but Jess had it all there. Quiet neighborhood. My only concern was first impression, outside of buildings need freshening up with paint for sure, etc and first day someone had dumped trash in entry way but by the following day it was picked up. Overall a great stay, convenient to grocery and interstate and just a short drive to the beach.

Exactly as described

The place was really cute and comfortable. The beds were amazing. The garden patio was a nice outdoor touch. The stairs were not too steep. The only thing was the master shower/toilet room. It is a bit tight. We ended up not closing the door and just keeping the bedroom door closed for privacy. I would definitely stay again though as the cleanliness, respect for our privacy, keyless-contactless check in and those amazing beds made it.
