Le Pointes North Inn est l'une des suites en copropriété uniques de Charlevoix qui se comportent comme une chambre d'hôtel. Réservez pour l'intimité du condo, restez pour l'hospitalité.

Ce magnifique condo dispose de deux lits king-size et d'un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon.

Il y a des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine, l’un sur l’évier en acier inoxydable et l’autre sur un îlot pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Il y a une table de cuisson, un four à micro-ondes à convection et un réfrigérateur de petite taille.

La télévision par câble est dans le salon et la chambre.

Le canapé-lit queen-size se trouve dans le salon avec une chaise séparée. Sur le salon se trouve le patio ouvert avec accès direct pour deux personnes.

Le Pointes North Inn dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit dans tout le bâtiment et d'une blanchisserie à pièces au deuxième étage. Dans le hall d'accueil, vous pourrez prendre votre petit-déjeuner continental et admirer la piscine intérieure / extérieure. La partie intérieure de la piscine est ouverte toute l'année, tandis que la partie extérieure est fermée d'octobre à mai.

Reviewer Comments: Our Stay was just OK , the condo seemed outdated a bit and we had issues with the TV in the living room area it never connected to anything, the shower curtain was to short and water kept weeping onto the floor which we had to clean up, like i said it was ok but expected more for what we paid.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Pointes North Inn every year, this was our first time in Condo 210. We were told there would be bedding for the pullout sofa sleeper, which ended up being a futon but the big problem was there were no sheets for it - only blanket & pillow were found in the closet. No strainer/plug for the sink so that made doing dishes difficult. Also, the coffee table was so HUGE and took up so much floor space that it made it difficult to move around the space - way too big for the small space available especially when using the sofa sleeper!

The price was kind of high for the small amount of space, but it seems that everything in Charlevoix is a bit over priced. Beds were too firm for our liking. I also wasn’t thrilled at the process for getting into the room. Picking up your door code in an a box of envelopes with everyone else’s door codes doesn’t seem safe enough.

Never again!!!

Reviewer Comments: The only good things about this unit were the location, as it was within walking distance to downtown, and the front desk staff were pleasant. Have never stayed anyplace where they charged my credit card for the entire stay before we even checked in and then they charged me 3 times!! The furniture was old and dirty as was the carpet, the wifi did not work at all and the TVs had the wrong remotes, bed linens were awful, and the worst part was there were bed bugs!!!!!

Reviewer Comments: Lets be honest, the only thing that keeps this place afloat is its location. this particular rental hasn't been updated in decades. It smelled moldy, the carpet was nasty, the patio furniture was inhabitable.. I can go on.. The only saving grace was that the Ice machine in the stairwell actually worked this year!! but the new pool closes at 5pm?? so no swim for you after a rough day walking through town or golfing.. I sneek peaked a few other rooms that looked gorgeous, they must obviously been private owners cuz they actually remodeled what used to be a dump..

Perfect Charlevoix marathon location

We enjoyed the place and location was great. Furniture could used updating and parking wasn’t great due to construction. Overall very satisfied with unit and owners. Have a. Problem with Vrbo in general. Contact and support staff have a lot to be desired.

For the price it did not meet our expectations and we were disappointed. The room was outdated, the jacuzzi drain did not work causing the water to drain faster than it filled and the shower head upstairs shot out when we turned on the faucet making it unusable. The beds and pillows were ancient, flat and have seen better days. We also encountered the cleaning staff cleaning rooms without the proper PPE. Once again the price we paid for one night was not worth the stay.

Stay next door instead!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had booked this property with friends for three nights and left after one night. The facility itself was okay but the furniture in this particular unit was in need of replacement - saggy sofa, dirty looking chair, balcony furniture that included a high top table with only two low chairs and a bench stuck in a corner - not inviting at all. We enjoy being out on a balcony for drinks, etc. but these units overlook the busiest road in Charlevoix and it was extremely noisy. There was no view of the lake - at least not in August. Fortunately the management accommodated our request to check out early which we appreciated.
