The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1609 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee).

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Comfy, convenient condo in the middle of Madeira Beach

Madiera Beach Resort is perfectly placed within walking distant to Johns Pass, and across the street from the beach. The check in was easy, even at 3am. The very friendly desk attendant took care of everything to get us in the unit smoothly. The condo is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom unit with a wonderful balcony overlooking the harbor. The kitchen is well outfitted for light cooking, coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. It is the ideal size for 2 couples and even allowed for our daughter's dog. There is a pool which is conveniently placed between building I & II. The fitness room is functional but has limited set hours. All and All, we loved being back in Madeira Beach and the convenience and comfort of this condo made our vacation even better.

Beach stay

The property was nice but could have been a bit cleaner. The Ice maker froze up that caused the fridge to not cool but our stay was short so it did not cause a problem. The location is perfect to the beach and to John’s pass.

Great location, great condo

I stayed with my husband and two boys. Beach access is directly across the street and the condo even had a few beach chairs and an umbrella to use. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. John’s Pass was a short walk away. We were all extremely happy with the property.

Month-Long Winter Escape

I stayed at Madeira Bay for over a month in my effort to escape the cold weather in the Midwest. So glad I did as I loved my time there! Pros: Clean apartment, loved having the in-unit washer/dryer Location to the beach and John’s Pass is awesome, there in less than 5 minutes. Great view of the bay from the balcony Pool/Hot Tub was a great feature, particularly on days when the beach was windy (though the parking lot view isn’t ideal) Parking was convenient and no problems finding a spot Clear check-in/out directions (did the contactless check-in) Comfy beds, extra pillows Appreciated the access to beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Well-stocked kitchen with lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc. Timely/responsive when I called with an issue that needed to be fixed. Small outside area for dogs/doggy bags/garbage. Cons: Elevators are slooooow. Annoyingly slow. Living room couch/chairs were okay, not super comfortable. Like I mentioned the pool/hot tub are great to have but not the best view. Some of the gym equipment was pretty outdated, but definitely appreciated having that amenity! No recycling? Overall, I had a great stay and clearly all the pros outweigh the few areas of potential improvement. Would love to come back!

We found the unit very comfortable with a great view of the marina area. The kitchen was fully equipped and the living area very nice, as well as the balcony. Our labradoodle came on vacation with us and we found ample area to walk her on the grounds as well as the streets running behind the unit. Great proximity to the beach across the street and John's Pass. Enjoyed it!

We really enjoyed staying at MBR. I am disabled and there is easy access throughout the property for those with limited mobility. What a refreshing change of pace. We loved the Marina style community and waterway views! Our stay in the new unit was a pleasure. We'll be back soon!

Perfect for our family of teen & you adult boys. Room was clean. Updated. Nice view. Quiet. Walking distance from beach...restaurants...shopping....entertainment. Checking in went smooth. We did the contactless check in. The hotel that you check in at is hopefully going to get the same reno as the building we stayed in...which is next door. Definitely recommend!

Great location.Beautiful beach just across the street .Johns pass is a fee minutes walk from the condo.Very quiet , great view from the balcony.condo was clean except for the floors didn’t seem to have been washed do we kept our sandals on but the rest was all good.Will definitely return

Wonderful property and location

Checkin was smooth and the staff was friendly. The property was clean and had just about everything we needed. We overlooked the bay which was perfect for viewing the stunning sunrise. We easily walked just across the street to get to the beach. The pool was fun atmosphere and everyone was friendly. Just 1 block from John's Pass which was a great vibe that offered plenty to do. I highly recommend this property and a stay in Madeira Beach - we will definitely stay again!

A View Of The Bay

This is a lovely property that is well loved. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and recreational activities. We loved the view of the marina and bay. We saw dolphins frolicking in the marina every morning and afternoon.

Very nice condo, great location!

Condo was very clean & nicely decorated. Beds/pillows were super comfy and bathrooms adequately sized. Condo is in a great location; just a quick walk across the street to the beach and just up (same side of) the street to John's Pass where there's lots of options for dining, shopping. and fun activities.,

Wonderful stay with a small minor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is well taken care of and clean. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk and across the street is the beach access. We are not impress with the pool, it is small, kinda dirty and right in the parking lot areas. The condo is spacious enough for the 5 of us. The balcony that has the harbor view is wonderful. Here are the minor issues I wish can be fixed: need some kind of a screen or plants out in balcony to give guests some privacy from the next balconies. Need to have better mop head so guests can clean the floor. The floor was full of sand and we are a no shoes in house family so it drove us crazy the whole stay. Need to provide some beach towels for those who didn't bring. Overall, minor problems but nothing major that will hinder us from booking it again!

Beautiful view... all the rest is not worth it... cleaning, access, elevators, service, check in process, welcome instructions, equipments, are just few things that need big improvement... the name resort is a big word for this place... very far distance from what it is expected for a vacation place...

Horrible manager

We arrived to check in and didn't have a copy of our pets vaccines. The manager refused to check us in and was extremely rude. I tried to talk with her calmly as she screamed at me to get out of her office or she would call the police, even though I was in the lobby not a foot in her office. I asked politely if I could get the room so I could leave my wife and 2 year old in the room while I drove back home to drop our dogs. The manager refused to give me the room I had already paid for. My wife went back to the check in office 30 minutes later and she apologized to her and finally gave her the room. We signed a new contract with no pets and I drove our dogs home. We are still waiting for the reimbursement for the pet fees. I don't know why this manager has to be so unprofessional and rude. She didn't have to scream and be disrespectful. I called the corporate office to complain and they said she doesn't usually lose her temper that quick, meaning she has a bad temper normally. Staff members were so afraid of her and one of the employees tried to stop her from slamming the door in my face. The place itself is beautiful & the location is amazing, but we will never go back here nor refer anyone here. I work with traveling nurses who are always looking for places to stay for work or vacation & I will never refer them here.That is a shame because the place and view were very nice. It is sad that one awful person can cause such a bad experience, almost ruining a good vacation. We work in customer service & the way we were treated was horrible. Definitely not the way your suppose to treat paying guests or how any person should be treated.

Great place for the price

Place was clean, great location next to the boardwalk. Easy check in process. I wasn't too excited about the pool locations, felt like the restaurant next door was watching us. Beach was super close. Would stay here again.
