The back yard has a large gas barbecue and outdoor dining for 10 people that gets loads of sunshine throughout the day. It is beautifully shaded towards the end of the day for dinner.
A modern kitchen opens to the front and rear entertaining areas, so chefs stay connected with the rest of the group throughout the day. Kitchen comes with Butler’s pantry, large double door fridge, dual zone wine fridge, induction cooktop, crockery, glasses, cookware and serving platters to create the perfect breakfasts, long lunch’s and evening dinner parties for family and friends.
A separate family room at the back of the house is perfect for laying back and watching some TV or chilling out and reading a book. It spills out onto the back yard
The property has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning with separate zones for bedrooms and living spaces.

The property is fitted with 3 external security cameras - one for the front door/pathway and two for side/rear yards to detect intruders or disturbances.
This Property is fitted with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sounds), temperature, motion & crowd detection to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and notify of noise levels that may be disturbing to neighbours.
