This beautiful four bedroom house is ideal for a family getaway.

Gorgeous two storey home with main living area and open plan living, which leads to undercover BBQ area basked in the winter sun. High ceilings and tiled floors throughout the living areas mean this home stays cool in summer whilst you relax and enjoy the modern inclusions such as fast NBN broadband, and guest Netflix is provided on the large flat screen TV.

Kitchen has dishwasher and walk in pantry, and even an ice machine on the fridge. Downstairs there is a separate private bedroom with queen bed, and a third bathroom is also on this level. There is convenient internal access from the double garage.
Upstairs are three other bedrooms and a second living area. Ensuite and walk in robe off the main bedroom and built in robes in other bedrooms. Main bathroom with bath also upstairs.

Beach shower attached to the outside of the house. Nestled on First Avenue, Sawtell Swells is at the back of the block, with entry off Kidd Lane - ensuring you are not on the main street. Only a short stroll to the beach and almost level walk cafes, specialty shops & all that Sawtell has to offer.

Sawtell Swells sleeps up to 10 guests:

Visit for golfing holiday
Property was only air conditioned downstairs not upstairs and as it was very hot, the top floor only having fans was like a furnace. Furniture was very old and uncomfortable but the house was spacious and well located for our needs.

Reviewer Comments: We travelled for National Touch League sporting event held at Coffs Harbour International Stadium and found this property a great location only 8 minutes from fields. The property location also suited us for the fact we could come home and not have to drive at all, Main Street of Sawtell only a 600m walk, perfect to get morning coffee or a meal of an evening. This house would be perfect to accommodate 2-3 families comfortably with so much space and facilities. Highly recommended will definitely book here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we’ve stayed at Sawtell Swells. We love the location and the house suits our extended family’s needs. The house however is getting a little tired and some things and items are needing attention eg number of wine glasses has diminished each time we stay and this year no champagne glasses. The cleanliness was very average considering it was supposed to have an extra clean eg marks on the carpet, sand in the shower and blocked hand basin drains (which we reported and were fixed). We loved the outdoor bbq and eating area and the addition of air conditioning. Overall a good holiday was had by all.
