The Space -
Elegant five-bedroom home. This newly built and beautifully designed family home is surrounded by immaculately landscaped gardens within high fences for privacy, in-ground trampoline, a half-court for basketball, and even a mini-golf green! The backyard is stylishly planned with alfresco undercover dining to seat eight on the back porch, just beyond to the right is a suspended fire-drum and BBQ, and to the left is the in-ground solar-heated swimming pool.
Living Areas -
Inside the house the fun continues with two living spaces both with large screen TVs, and an abundance of toys in the family room. Alongside the kitchen, the main living area is open plan with a generous dining table that seats ten people, and a cute children's table with bench seats (and a highchair), luxurious leather couches, a gas log-fireplace, and central heating.
Kitchen -
The kitchen has an expansive island with seating for breakfast or to entertain while cooking dinner on the Bosch induction cooktop. A butler's pantry neatly squares away the fridge, toaster, and microwave, leaving more than enough bench space in the kitchen.
Bedrooms -
As you enter through the front the master bedroom to the right is spacious with queen bed and gorgeously designed ensuite with bath, shower, and double-basin. Bedroom two also has queen bed and ensuite with shower and double-basin. There is another queen bed in bedroom three which has access to the main bathroom with bath and shower. There are two more rooms both with king-single bunk beds in both.
Bathroom -
Next to the laundry with washing machine, is the main toilet with basin.
There is a double-car garage available for guest use.
The Pool is Solar Heated and although this is effective in the warmer months of November to March there is no real heating effect from approximately April to October as it relies upon the longer and warmer days for the solar system to effectively heat.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
The Mornington Peninsula Shire has very strict Laws governing Holiday Rental properties, particularly around noise levels. In the event of Security being called out then the attendance fee and and Mornington Shire fines will be charged to guests.
