Completed in late 2020, Oceania boutique apartments set a new standard in contemporary beach living. Exceptional uninterrupted views across Loutitt Bay and the Otway ranges beyond are just the beginning of the experience.
The residences offer zoned family accommodation across three levels. Ground level entry is via a double lock up garage, with the two floors above accessed by lift or stairwell. The mid-level comprises 3 impeccably furnished bedrooms and a hallway study space. Both rear and middle bedroom share a main bathroom whilst the master features en suite and spacious private balcony with outdoor setting and sun lounges.
Ascending to the top level finds a classic open plan feeding those breathtaking views from the kitchen at the rear all the way through to the upper-level tiled deck area. North facing means there is no escaping the ever-changing dappled sunlight across the ocean throughout the day. It is truly mesmerizing.
The south Lorne location allows guests a short stroll across the road for a dip, walk on the pier or indulging in some local seafood. A slightly longer stroll along the ocean walk takes you into the heart of town and all Lorne has to offer. Every amenity you need is right here in this thriving beachside community. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
