Lagoons #86 | 3 Bedroom with Kitchen, Fireplace and Private Hot Tub

Comfortable multi-level unit with updated furnishings and private hot tub, sure to please families and small groups of friends.

LIVING SPACE
Cozy open-plan living/dining with a queen sofabed, 46" LCD TV and DVD player. Dining room suitable for up to 6 guests and fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and laminate floor. Large balcony with property and Village views. Private washer/dryer.

BED and BATH
The master bedroom has king bed that can be split into two singles. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. There is a queen sofabed in the living room. The master bathroom has a large shower and the second bathroom has a shower stall. On the main floor, there is a small powder room with toilet and sink. Private washer/dryer.

PARKING and AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. This unit has a private 6-person hot tub on the deck. IMPORTANT: Property bylaws strictly forbid private hot tub use before 8am and after 10pm. Use of the hot tub outside of the permitted hours will result in bylaw fines (minimum $500). Repeated violations of the hot tub usage bylaw may result in eviction.

DISTANCES
The free Village shuttle stop is across the street and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away, the lifts are a 7 minute walk away, and the Village amenities are right across the street.

Plenty of room and close to the lifts

Easy walk to the lifts. Hot tub, fireplace, washer and dryer were nice amenities.

Makes luggage haul a challenge.Unit was clean and well furnished, however livingrm only has seating for 5. If you had six, someone would have to sit on diningrm straight bk chair.Toilet on main level gurgled & popped periodically and would not clear - so we did not use. Annoying! and concerning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was in an excellent location. The townhome also had everything we needed. The only couple of things were that AC is really needed. It got incredibly hot. The blind in bedroom #2 did not work properly. And in the living room, there was an a great deal of dust hanging off the bulkhead above the living room couch and chairs.

Great Location

The condo's location is it's best attribute - directly adjacent to the grocery, liquor store, and the village. Also an easy walk to the Whistler gondola. The condo itself is fine but definitely nothing special. Very minimal kitchen supplies: cookware, plates, glasses, silverware. Bare minimum in furnishings as well. Extremely outdated TV with zero streaming options - bring your own Chromecast or Roku stick. Private hot tub is a definite plus!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this apartment for 8 of us - it was cheap but not spacious. May be a better place for summer with such a large group as there were balconies that we cold not use.Some maintenance issues - from leaks, to broken tap to no gas in BBQ - but the reception service was great and the handyman (who visited a number of times) was lovely!

Great weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my 3 other guests were very pleased with our stay at Lagoon. We were impressed with the layout, the hot-tub, the balconies (all 3 of them)and the fanning system in all 3 bedrooms. The showers were fantastic with good pressure and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. So impressed !!! we will be back. Also the loading zone in conjunction with our suite was perfect!!! we had to go back and forth with our golf clubs and the short distance walk to our suite was a bonus.

DVD player remote did not have batteries. had to phone office to pick up batteries. DVD did stop working half way through the movie. The kitchen was missing utensil that most rentals carry.

Family stay at lagoons

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place fit our needs perfectly. We had our son,daughter in law and 20 month old grand daughter drive down from Prince George and stay in one room, Our youngest son flew in from Toronto and was able to stay in the second room and we flew down from Prince George (after spoiling the granddaughter for a week) in the third bedroom. With three independent families and a baby who needs nap time it was a relief that the walls are very sound proof. All of our needs were met by walking on site and the cars sat in the garage. The play ground was very well received by the youngest member. It was nice to able to do laundry in the unit and when I mentioned some minor mechanical problems in the unit they were promptly repaired. We liked the place so much that we decided to extend our stay and were lucky enough to get 2 more days in the same unit.

The kids loved the luxury of tvs in the bedrooms and the hot tub with mountain and village views was magic. The kitchen was a great size with everything you need for meals at home, and is a stroll to the village with huge amount of restaurant choices. underground parking and a lovely quiet courtyard area with pond. We will be back!

Also hot tub didn't appear to be heating first 24 hours, had to have strata send maintenance to come and have a look.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lagoons 86 is in a great spot, just a 5-7 minute walk to the Gondola but out of the bustle of the Village Center. So it is very quiet in the evening every night. The unit is very cozy, clean, and well cared for. The entire unit is updated and is well appointed. Showers and baths are fantastic. We would definitely repeat our stay in this unit and recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to stay in the middle of the Village. My only neutral comment is regarding the beds, they were reasonably comfortable. No pillow tops of memory foam here, just basic, reasonably comfortable mattresses.
