The main rooms have been designed to take full advantage of the lakeviews. The decor of the house can best be described as plantation/colonial. This home is filled with sunshine and light and the decor reflects this. Various shades of blue reflect the ocean that is just a short distance away.

The main living area has large sliders to the spacious lanai and the dining area also has lovely lake views. There is a separate den so that children can have their own space or adults can use as an office. There are two master suites, both with access to the lanai and pool and both with en suite bathrooms.

The lakeside setting is a particular feature of this home and the lanai is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy it to the full. The large, freeform heated pool is set beside the lake. Evenings are special in this home as the sun sets over the lake and the palm trees.
This home is located in the Royal Palms area of Briarwood, an exclusive area lined with royal palms. Briarwood is an excellent community close to downtown Naples and the beaches. There are excellent community facilities, including pools, tennis, pickle ball, playground etc.
1442 Vintage Lane has just that mixture of comfort and relaxation that makes it a very special base for your Naples vacation.

Superb rental property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this lovely home previously and decided to return again in July this year. It didn’t disappoint. Beautiful outlook over the lake and a great pool to enjoy the view in the morning. The location is great, not only quiet but very central to all of Naples by car. There are so many superb eating places nearby like the Cheesecake factory, Outback, Bravos at Mercato, Brios at The Waterside and coffee on 5th Avenue if you are heading downtown. A trip up to Seed to Table is a must for foodies as quite a place! The Miromar for a shopping experience is a great day out too. This home has a great barbecue so we also ate outside several nights while there which was lovely.Hope to return again very soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool itself and view out back was lovely. Outdoor furniture is dated, was not comfortable and not clean. Front porch light not working when we arrived, door handle had come away from door and drains in 2 bathrooms would not drain. Maintenance man came, fixed door handle put in outdoor bulb, had call him back as light still not working, he came back and replaced light, did something to one drain, did not improve, we just kept working the drains every use to get to drain. Kitchen not well equipped, needed buy sharp knives, lot of chipped dishes, advised not to use glassware outside, but in a rental with capacity for 8 there were only 4 mismatched plastic glasses suitable for toddlers. Three blenders were found, none worked, a food processor was there but so dirty didn’t use. We purchased mattress toppers for all except the king bed as were not comfortable, as well as pillows. Very small tv in main living room and seating for 6, not comfortable and again rental for 8 only seats 6. Cleaning was not adequate, dust coating on vents, used water bottle and donut bag under one bed, one room had sticky substance on floor. Too few hangars in closets, no non slip mats or grab bars in bathrooms, although when asked Nicole brought hangers, bath rugs although asked for non slip mats, she also replaced coffee maker when it stopped working. We have rented in Briarwood before with very good experience. The complex is lovely, well kept and quiet so we did not expect this. Overall feeling is this house is severely outdated and not worth the high prices rentals cost these days. This is our honest assessment, we are not looking for compensation, But would not rent this property again. Try

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this property however there were some issues.The pool level was extremely low when we arrived on Dec 27 – resolved once we filled the pool and pump primed.The pool also needed cleaning.The pump again started to take air on Jan 6 so filled pool again. This means the pool level went down approximately 2-3 inches in 10 days.The coating that was applied to the lanai tile was nothing short of horrendous. Pealed off like saran wrap. Tracked everywhere. We turned the breaker on that was previously switched off, that controls the bedroom closest to the BBQ as some electrical items did not function – lights.At that time, we were unaware of the outdoor electrical plug issue the roofers caused Nov 2022.Speaking with you, we were told the roofers blew the circuit using the plug on the outside of the house. The exterior wall to this bedroom.Outdoor plug was compromised and needed replaced – looking at this now – that should have been done prior to us arriving as it was a fire hazard.Who is responsible for all the smoke detectors in the property?Would be interested to know if it is the property owner or the rental company?Have you had a look at them?As per the City of Naples Fire Department, smoke detectors must be replaced every ten years.The smoke detectors were completely yellowed showing their age and appear to be original, therefore from 1996.This concerns me as there was an electrical fire hazard (outdoor plug) and no working smoke detectors in the property putting my family and grandchildren at risk.This property should NOT be rented until this is corrected.Bottom line: The current owners seem to be a hazard to this home (and perhaps to themselves), applying coating where it does not belong and not taking fire safety of renters seriously or even at all.This information was sent to Property Management - to date, no repsonse.
