House is lovely and simple, which is how we like it...three bedrooms with a single full bath and outdoor shower. Simple kitchen with fridge, toaster and microwave, could use a dishwasher as no one wants to do dishes on vacation. Indoor/outdoor carpeting throughout, while not luxurious, was very practical given the amount of sand one tends to take home from the beach. The outdoor patio was lovely for 4 people, not many more can fit however you can take advantage of the surrounding grass area. Gas and charcoal grills were available.
One of the best parts of this home is the enclosed porch, we spent most of our time there enjoying the view and the cool Cape Cod breeze. Great place for the family to gather in the mornings and at night for meals and games.
Plenty of parking and yard space for games. Mere blocks from Sea Gull Beach and close to restaurants and shops. Off of Rt. 28 which is busy, this home is tucked away on a dead-end, insulating you from traffic and noise.
Clean and simple home, great location, good communications with agency and homeowner, would definitely recommend to others.
