Immerse yourself in the luxurious ambiance of this stunning beach house in Caves Beach, where you'll feel like you've escaped to your own private resort.

From the exquisite rainforest bathroom with a stone bathtub to the inviting outdoor pool surrounded by lush gardens and palm trees, every aspect of this home is carefully considered for a perfect holiday away.

Step inside and discover a haven of comfort and style. The open-plan living area seamlessly flows to the private outdoor space, creating an ideal setting for entertaining and unwinding. The gourmet kitchen boasts a picturesque Caves Beach cave splashback, adding a touch of coastal charm.

Enjoy friendly games of pool, foosball or air hockey or cozy up by the fireplace with a drink, or retreat to the media room with its large Smart TV and plush lounges.

The outdoor area truly steals the show, serving as the heart of the home. Explore the expansive gardens, take a refreshing dip in the private pool with its inviting cabana, and relax on the patio furnished with an outdoor lounge and outdoor TV (music only). Indulge in al fresco dining with the BBQ and outdoor dining area.

The treehouse at the back offers a unique gym experience complete with a treadmill and weights. From here you can marvel at the breath taking coastal views and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the surrounding bushland and tropical garden.

The property features six spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The upstairs wing houses the main living, kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, along with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The downstairs wing offers a separate access and includes a TV area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

NOTE The downstairs bedrooms do not have windows and this area is only opened up when the property is booked for 9 guests or more.

Throughout your stay, enjoy modern amenities such as free WiFi, air conditioning, and linen is also provided. The layout of the property caters to a variety of needs, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.

Please note the driveway is steep, as indicated in the photos, with a levelled area at the top and we ask guests to take care. Off street parking is also available in the cul-de-sac, but care needs to be taken while entering and exiting the driveway.

Not suitable of young children or elderly.

House had very steep driveway with no stairs or railing.No stairs onto front verandar. Staircase in house no barrier. All rugs had rurned up edges.

Modern and well maintained

Love the pool and modern kitchen and facilities, and games provided. we had a great time in the house. Peaceful and conveniently located. Management team was friendly. I wish in the description it had mentioned the down stairs rooms were not connected to upstairs within the house, some of the family members feel a bit isolated. Dryers was not working very well.

Great location and amenities for the family

Good kitchen, lovely pool, fun games for kids (and adults -pool table etc). Limited air con meant the bedrooms got hot. We had a nice stay as the property accommodated all 11 of us well. TVs were a bit tricky with no free to air but we worked it out just in time for the grand finals.

Caves beach h was wonderful. My family enjoyed the stay at the house they loved the pool .

Overall my stay was very good . But the flap doors in the main bathroom was not ideal. No privacy and my little girl hurt her hand with that door . Hope you guys will change it . But the location was great the house was clean the pool was amazing my kids loved it ..... I will definitely want to do it again

Good location, good house, not so good host named Leanne

The house is spacious but still cozy in a good way. The location and Salt water pool are nice. A few let downs such as the pipes in the en-suite flooding into the master bedroom making a mess and horrible smell and when I tried to get in contact multiple times I had no reply. Also council bins were full upon arrival and left on street curb so we had to place our rubbish bags in the incorrect bins so they are not left on the lawn. We really did over look these issues and wanted to enjoy our stay until leanne from lakeshores accommodation kept coming up with extra charges after our leave, she wanted to charge us for bin collection and made unacceptable accusations that we took the dooners home so she wanted to add that as a extra charge too. The holiday rental is good and it can be so much better with a different host.
