Stay golden in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath renovated bungalow with all new paint, flooring, appliances and updated bathrooms! This home sits on a large shaded lot so you can enjoy the large deck comfortably or spacious backyard! You can relax in the living room on couches with built in USB-ports! Here, you're centrally located; 5 Mins to Toyota Field, less than 10 mins to Research Park, and less than 15 mins to Redstone Arsenal, US Space and Rocket Center, Airport and downtown Huntsville.

The Space:
This is a one story home with everything you to need to be your home away from home! As you enter the home, you will be in the spacious living room with cozy couches and a desk to use for all your work from home needs! On your right, you will see the dining room with a bright bay window and fully-equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is a cozy sitting areas where you can put your feet up and relax!

On the left of the living room is the hallway that will take you to all the bedrooms and bathrooms with luxurious hotel-quality linens! The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV and a ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower. The other bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and two twins beds with a shared bathroom. The bedrooms all have a TV and closet so you’ll have plenty of room for your belongings no matter how long you stay!

The back can be accessed through doors in the living or from the master bedroom. Not only is the porch gated for safety, you will find plenty of seating for everyone, including a dining table, rocking chair and separate seating area! There is a gas grill for you to use and plenty of space for kids to run around the fenced-in yard! There is an air hockey table in the garage too! Space to park 4 cars!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a large shaded lot in Madison our home will have you feeling right at 'home'! Located with in a 3 mile radius of major grocery stores, restaurants and basic comforts. There is plenty of room for cars in the driveway, so please do not park in the street!

Getting Around:
Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Please note that the fireplace is decoration only!

Interaction with Guests:
We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in. Just know that we are a quick phone call or message away should you need anything during your stay!
