Cette maison récemment rénovée STR # 0350 a des tonnes (2400 SF) et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes! Trois chambres (Master Suite avec un roi, chambre d'amis avec un lit queen et chambre d'enfant avec lits superposés doubles chacune avec des matelas doubles sur le fond). Un plan d'étage ouvert avec une vue à 360 degrés sur les montagnes, y compris S Mountain. Super proche du centre-ville, Wi-Fi haut débit, TV HD à écran plat avec câble dans toutes les chambres et un bureau avec un scanner et une imprimante pour votre usage! Grande cour arrière clôturée avec espace de divertissement, grill, bain à remous, foyer et salle à manger extérieure. Le garage est rempli de plusieurs vélos (enfants et adultes) pour votre usage pendant votre séjour. Près du centre-ville historique et de la rivière Arkansas, vous êtes donc proche de tous les grands magasins et restaurants. Great place to stay

The location is great! We were able to walk to downtown for dinner and not to far of a drive for skiing. Close to a disc golf park too! The home was clean and the instructions for check-in were clear and easy. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after skiing!

Great for a large family

A River Runs Through has lots of beds and space for a large family. The only suggestion is to get some new pillows for some of the beds as some of them were very flat. We had a great time and it was a great home base for us, even had an office for some privacy to work.

2024 Family Ski Trip

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Salida! The location was perfect—just an easy 15-minute walk to the main part of town. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it a relaxing retreat. This rental was ideal for our family of six adults and three children, providing plenty of space to enjoy everything Salida and Monarch Mountainhad to offer.

Amazing house, close to downtown, had everything we needed

This was was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook all of our meals and also keep up with the dishes. The rooms were very spacious and we were able to a comfortably fit everyone! The backyard was a dream, a great place to hang out and the hot tub was amazing, although a little small and the clips were old and broken, hot tub was still great. I was very concerned with the clips since there was specific instructions about them but when we inspected it, they were broken, but we made sure to still secure the lid as best as we could with the 1 working clip. All of the instructions for checking in and checking out were very clear and I appreciated that very much! Thank you for having us, we enjoyed Salida very much!!

Great base camp for your outdoor adventure

We stayed here for a mountain bike event and found it to be the ideal spot. its a short ride to downtown. The house has a an amazing yard and a garage to keep our bikes safe at night. The host is fast to respond and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Extremely clean, spacious place for a family. Well stocked kitchen. The yard was great for a dog. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding and had the best time! The location was great and we were easily able to walk into town. Would highly recommend staying here for a family or group of friends!

Perfect location!

We were in Salida for a friend's wedding. This location was a perfect home base for all wedding activities and outdoor recreation. We loved our visit to Salida and this home helped make out trip!

We had a fine time in Salina and the house was perfect. We had stayed in the neighborhood before but underestimated the distance to downtown. Still, it was fine for our walks and the activities that we had planned.

good vibes in your Rental

Great place to stay, updated, great kitchen, small but great hot tub , very comfortable bed. Close to town, bikes are available with the property, very relaxing. Great jump off point to do so much in the area. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed ourselves the entire weekend. ✌️

Rafting Trip Stay

We had the BEST time at Wendy’s. We were in town for a rafting day trip and loved the house and town of salida. The backyard was perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful weather. We didn’t want to leave! If we’re ever back in Salida we’ll definitely stay at Wendy’s again!

Relaxing Gem of a place to stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The owners have thought of SO many thoughtful touches, to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The place is layed out comfortably and spaciously. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The art work gives you a feeling of pure vacation! The beds and pillows are comfortable! We all slept very well. The yard is well kept and very enticing. While we did not use the fireplace and hot tub this time, we will return in the winter to enjoy! The cruiser bikes to get around town were a HUGE Treat for this Mountain Biking, River Surfing, Skiing family. The location is nice because you can get away from the "downtown" and have quiet, while enjoying a nice cruising bike ride. We will be back!

Excellent location and house!

We loved our stay here. We were 2 families of 4 with kids who are close friends who bunked together. We walked to shops and restaurants, and of course the river! Had everything that we needed, was very clean, and quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

perfect for us

house had a great layout and was clean and well organized. The location was in walking distance to downtown. Which we loved and took advantage of. It's a perfect half way point to meet our children from Denver and one granddaughter.
