Not well equipped/indoor pool & spa closed
The kitchen was very poorly equipped with utensils with only the very basics provided. Most cupboards were empty as only the bare essentials present. Also, the indoor pool, spa & sauna were closed for maintenance. This was not noted at time of booking so should have been communicated by management/booking agency when they became aware of this as we would have cancelled & rebooked elsewhere as this would have been a deal breaker for us. Not even told on arrival but found out via website on route to apartment & raised it at booking in/key collection & got underwhelming response so asked management to contact us which they did not at any stage during our week long stay. Spoke to other guests who were equally disappointed. Overall the apartment was fine & views were good, but communication from management was poor to say the least. Have stayed in other Gold Coast apartments/resorts which had a lot more utensils & better facilities along with toys/beach equipment for kids, more laundry powder, toiletries, etc. Overall felt the level of equipment was a bit stingy, which was a shame as the location is good.
