Inside, the home boasts over 3,000 square feet of open, light-filled living space. The main level features a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, ideal for group meals and cozy evenings together. With six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, including four upstairs bedrooms with private en-suites, everyone can enjoy their own comfort and privacy—perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends.

Every detail has been considered for a relaxing and effortless stay. Enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, grill your favorites on the outdoor gas BBQ, or unwind with your favorite beverage while taking in the bay views from the expansive windows or deck.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
