This 3 bedroom, plus Den, 2 bath fully equipped home has been updated by the new owners. Comfortably sleeps nine (9), this home is located in beautiful Rotonda West. It's your choice, shopping, golfing or walking one of the many gorgeous beaches of the gulf coast, all are only minutes away.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower and walkout to the pool lanai. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with with access also to the pool lanai. The third bedroom has one twin bed and one double bed and a large closet. All bedrooms are equipped with new flat screen televisions.

The large open concept kitchen is an entertainers delight with dinning room just off to one side or if you would rather eat outside, the kitchen has a pass-through to the lanai. The living room will draw you into the house from the foyer with a spectacular view of the pool area. The second bathroom can be access from the pool lanai area as well! BONUS! Fully equipped with ensuite laundry, four (4) bikes for touring around this amazing area, and beach accessories, oh by the way, the beach is a ten (15-20) minute drive from this property.

The lanai has plenty room for entertaining and overlooks the heated pool and backyard. It is equipped with flat screen TV as well as a six seater table for outdoor dining. Did I mention the privacy? There is no house north or south of this property, which is also located on a private court! Privacy and quiet at its finest.

Relaxing and peaceful

The property is well located and equipped with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable home and we really enjoyed the pool area with a good sized pool and quality leisure furniture. Very peaceful backyard with small pond area attracting lots of birds and small animals. The owner is excellent and provides hands on management if there is any issue with the house that needs to be dealt with. We are renting the house again next winter because of all the positives it has.

Great home in quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay in this home in Pine Valley in Rotonda West, FL! This was our eighth winter in this part of RW and we really loved the peace and quiet of this particular neighborhood! I walked each morning and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool was lovely and is one of the largest pools we have ever had at one of our winter rental homes! The owner was very accessible and dealt with any issue that came up quickly. We love the beach at Boca Grande, the Farmer’s Market in Englewood, and the golfing at the 99 holes at Rotonda West! Would recommend this rental for any family looking to enjoy this part of South Florida!

Wonderful location for the winter holidays

This property is a hidden oasis! It really has everything you need in the rooms and on the kitchen. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was on the cold side, but the kids enjoyed it every day. If you are a nature lover, this is the place. Sitting by the pool in the morning you can see beautiful sunrises and hear the birds and if you are lucky a gator swimming by. We had a wonderful stay and Will was very responsive and made sure we had all the information needed in a timely manner. We hope to come back one day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! Will provided all necessary information with important details in due time and also kept contact during our stay. Having breakfast on the pool deck, listening to nature while having a coffee and watching the sunrise was an unforgettable moment! Swimming in the spacious Pool as well! Thanks, Will!!

Great place to chill out in the sun.

The property met our needs perfectly being in a quiet private location well equipped with pond to the rear providing enjoyable wildlife watching with a large lanai and pool. The owner/host could not be more welcoming and helpful.

Amazing!!!!

The home was absolutely beautiful and at the end of a culdesac where it felt like we had so much privacy. The owners were also just great! Very responsive and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. We had 11 of us, 4 adults, one my child and her boyfriend and the rest my other kids and my nieces and we had plenty of room! Bring bug spray would be my only suggestion. Beaches and great restaurants within 20-25 minutes. Will definitely book again if we go back to that part of Florida 💕

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit . Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und hat im Vorfeld einige Informationen zu Restaurants und unterschiedlichen Stränden gegeben . Die Lage eignet sich gut um Tagesausflüge zu machen und abends gemütlich im Pool zu schwimmen oder entspannt im Whirlpool zu sitzen.

Great house for family vacation

This beautiful house is well maintained and clean. It has everything you need for a great family vacation. The pool was a highlight especially for our kids. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Englewood beach which is also very family friendly.

Relaxing and just what we were needing

We had a great stay. Will & family made our preparation and stay very easy. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the pool and patio everyday. Kitchen was well equipped as we like to cook. Teenage boys had their space and went for bike rides with bikes provided. We could make this an annual trip!

Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

This is the best VRBO property we have stayed at. Will and Jackie have a lot of pride in keeping this property well-maintained. It was in great shape after the hurricane and they installed a metal roof to protect against future damage. For us, the pool is the big attraction and it is well-maintained. Will is very attentive to anything you might need. We highly recommend this property.

Doesn’t Get Any Better!

Beautiful home, excellent amenities, quiet neighborhood, close to beautiful beaches and wonderful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pine Valley. The house was in immaculate conditions with everything necessary for a stress free vacation. The heated pool and spa was the favorite of all. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler allowed us to enjoy time at Englewood Beach and Blind Pass Beach. We greatly appreciated our hosts, Jackie and Will. They responded promptly to any questions or requests. Their owners packet was the best we have ever had for clarity and detail. We hope to be able to return in the future.

Beautiful home with lots of wildlife

My family and friends rented this for a week vacation. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and secluded on a dead end. The back yard had lots of wildlife. We saw so many different types of birds and gators. Even had 3 raccoons making their rounds. The owner sent me a list of places he recommends and we checked out 4 of the beaches that were close by. A great spot to kick back relax and fire up the grill while the kids swim. I LOVED watching TV every night outside on the patio.

Best week of our lives!

Easy communication and check in and check out process. The house was just as advertised and the pool too. Our favorite beach was the quiet Boca Grande that was a 30 minute beautiful drive.

Pre-Anniversary Getaway

We wanted to get away early for our 45th Anniversary (November).. This home was amazing! Very clean and so comfy… we were so relaxed we actually only left the house for the beach twice during our 10 days there! Will, the owner, is very accommodating, and was so quick to answer any questions I had. Amazing pool, and loved watching the different kinds of ducks coming and going in the canal in back. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for everything :-)
