You'll love relaxing with friends and family in this light and bright condo, steps from Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge. The two bedrooms - on opposite sides of the condo offer privacy and serene relaxation after a long day on the mountain. Relax in your private hot tub while enjoying the magnificent vistas. With world-class skiing, mountain biking, and hiking just outside, this is a year-round destination with something for everyone! A large chef's kitchen and grand living area provide space for extended family and friends to enjoy the ski season, summer season, or in between. Walk out your door to skiing or hop on the free bus line that takes you to Main Street, shopping/dining, and just about everywhere throughout Park City/Deer Valley.

Our home is on the main level of the Powder Run condos and is steps away from the base of Deer Valley Resort – we are the closest unit to Snow Park Lodge.

The warm and inviting main living area has an open-concept floor plan that flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the dining room table and family room, which has access to the spacious deck. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar seating for three. The charming hardwood farmhouse kitchen table easily seats eight people and is perfect for meals at home.

After a long day skiing, guests can walk back and cozy up in the family room, which has plenty of couches to cuddle up on, a large flat-screen TV to watch a movie, and a wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm and toasty. You can access the deck from the family room, which has a brand-new hot tub and views of the resort. Watch the snow fall, or skiers come down to the base of Deer Valley resort while relaxing in the hot tub.

With plenty of beds in this home, you can easily fit your whole group. Two bedrooms with five beds allow everyone to have their own bed. The first bedroom has one king bed, one twin day bed, and one twin trundle. The second bedroom has one queen bed and one day bed. Each bedroom has its own private en suite and TV with cable.

This location is hard to beat! Walk less than 500 feet to Deer Valley Resort Snow Park Lodge, 300 feet to the St. Regis Funicular, and less than 400 feet to the Bus stop, and you can experience all that Park City has to offer. The bus ride is about 5 minutes to town, so during ski season or Sundance, you won't have to worry about parking in town! Also included in this unit is protected underground parking with one parking spot and a heated driveway.

Two couples stayed here, could have had more but was perfect for us. Great location to ski every morning and easy to grab bus to Main Street PC. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed and management company responsive and thorough. Hot tub on deck a bonus!

Super convenient location at the top of the preferred parking at Deer Valley, which makes it easy for us with young kids in lessons. Roomy condo with multiple beds in each room, although we did not need them, but good for large families.

Excellent ski setup. Can’t get closer to Snow Park Lodge.

Comfort next to the slopes. Has everything you need. Supreme location (if it took you more than 5 minutes to walk through the front doors of Snow Park Lodge I’d be surprised). Decor is traditional ski cabin functional, but everything was clean and in good condition (needs more lights, but what ski rental doesn’t). Like most of Deer Valley there aren’t any restaurants or shopping nearby, however the free bus into Park City (10 minutes) is 100 yards away and Ubers/Instacart are plentiful during ski season.

Great location but…

This property isn’t ski in/ski out. Loved the location! The property managers were spectacular and very accessible for questions and went above and beyond on several fronts. The hot tub was not private. It looked over the steps leading into the complex. Interesting way to meet people who were staying at the complex. The hot tub was not sparkling clean water. It was cloudy with some scum. Kudos to the property manager for getting somebody out there promptly but it still did not resolve the issue. Comfortable & convenient but not high end fit and finish. Easy access!

Great Place and Great Location but NOT Ski in/out

The location was great, as stated it is the closest unit in the building to the ski lifts and Snow Park Lodge and is only a short walk. HOWEVER, it is advertised as ski in/out, and it is definitely not that, you have to walk about 5 minutes to get to the lifts (both coming and going). It is extremely convenient, but given the unit is fairly expensive (esp. after all the fees are included), I would only pay this much for true ski in and out. The unit itself was very nice. Very clean, very well stocked, comfortable, and lots of space both for sleeping and relaxing. Nice bathrooms, heat worked very well, and great foyer with bench and lots of hooks for storing and putting on and taking off boots and your other ski equipment, and hot tub was also very nice and worked very well. Only minor issues with the unit itself were 1) not enough lighting, unit was very dark at night, 2) very nice fireplace and lots of firewood provided, but nothing provided to actually start the fire (fire sticks, kindling, newspaper, etc). I called iTrip who were managers of the unit, they had their maintenance person call me, only to tell me that the owners "must not have provided". Finally, there were lots of different remotes and all of them were not in the right room and did not work. I am pretty technical so figured out how to use the cable and TV, but clear instructions should be provided for those who may not be as technical.

The location of the property is wonderful and the hot tub has an amazing view and is a good quality tub. The condo could use a little love and updating. The dresser drawers in the master are not functioning if you like to unpack your bags. The TV in the master was not working so good to have an iPad. They are a little skimpy on the towels if you are 4 or more than I would ask for more before you arrive. Both bedrooms have an extra day bed along with the main beds which I didn't care for but I used it to put my clothes' on it. The Wi-Fi worked well and the garage door only can be opened by exiting your car coming in and punching in a code. I think that there must be a remote control somewhere. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of furniture. There is an elevator as well as ample garage parking. Also a very short walk to the lifts so that was awesome. Great place to stay.

Great location!!

We had a wonderful stay! You can’t beat the location - beautiful view of the mountains and you can walk to the slopes. The condo is also right next to the free buses that will take you to Main Street and next to the St. Regis. We rode the funicular up to the resort for drinks one night. The condo itself is a little dated in areas but clean and we had no issues. A very nice and appreciated touch us that they brought us a ton of firewood for the fireplace on the first day. We loved being able to come back from the slopes and start a fire to warm up. Overall great stay and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful location, parking spot was next to the elevator so unloading was simple. Close to hiking, dining and shopping. Had an amazing time, and the property managers checked on us every day to see if we needed anything. We had an amazing, relaxing time.

the unit was in a good loaction but the lighting inside was beyond terrible...the a/c didn't work and the hot tub also had issues where i had to keep flipping the breaker on and off i was mtn biking the whole time so i didn't really care but if i was to be in the unit more i would definitely have complained

Wonderful condo unit that accommodated my entire family. Ardelle was excellent and responsive with our questions during check-in. The location was perfect for accessing ski school and lifts. This was an awesome upgrade for our vacation compared to many other pandemic era family ski trips! We Will definitely return!
