This gorgeous Wrightsville Dunes condo will surely make you want to stay by the “Sea Forever”. This first floor unit offers updates throughout, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the wonderful amenities that make Wrightsville Dunes an enjoyable and family friendly destination. Tastefully decorated with comfortable costal furnishings this condo will not disappoint!

Upon entering the property, you are enticed down a long hallway that leads you to the fantastic living space with ocean views. The kitchen has been renovated to maximize the space and add to the open concept of this marvelous unit. Outfitted with new cabinetry that features soft close drawers, Quartz countertops, and a large farmhouse sink with garbage disposal – this kitchen is the perfect mix of function and beauty. The is a dining area can seat six people with use of the farmhouse bench making this a great gathering space as it seamlessly flows into the living room and to the ocean front patio beyond. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and smart TV which is the best way to unwind after a long day in the sun.

Just off the living room is the ocean front master suite. Complete with a cozy king bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet with plenty of space to store your items, and an ensuite that has a walk-in shower, updated cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The two sound front guest rooms are accessed for the hall near the foyer. The first room is a queen guest room that has new stylish furniture, memory foam mattresses, generous closet space, and a view of the sound. Another guest room that has two twin beds can work great for kids or for additional guests. There is a full bathroom at the end of the hall that services these two bedrooms. A shower tub combo lends itself well to families with children and the marble tile shower and quartz counter tops will wow your guests.

Whether you are in the kitchen preparing a meal, relaxing on the sofa, lounging on the deck, or enjoying the two outdoor pools the ocean is always within sight! The Wrightsville Dunes complex also offers three private beach accesses, spectacular sunset views over the marsh and a tennis court. This is the perfect escape that you and your family have been looking for!

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

We had a great stay at this Wrightsville Dunes property. The condo was clean, and an excellent location, and it provided a great base for our family to enjoy the beautiful beach. We would return.

Great beach location
The place is as advertised. .There couldn’t be a nicer location. Wonderful view and beach access. The pool was nice. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the condo is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on Wrightsville Beach.

We had a wonderful week at the beach! The condo was just as described and more. The rooms were spacious, everything was very clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful! Can’t beat the location- right by the pool, tennis court, and beach access. We would definitely return!

We enjoyed our condo!
Everything was easy and as described in the write up of our condo. If you want a better view of the beach, you may want to be up one level but this unit was great for my older parents. We would rent it again!

Beautiful view of the dunes, ocean and pool..The elevator ride up to first floor was quick and smooth. The stairs were located right out the door for a quick walk up if preferred. These units are towards the end of the strip where there is less traffic and uncrowded clean beach. We would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wrightsville is a beautiful, environmentally friendly town with nice shops and restaurants. Our family was very comfortable in our condo with nice new updates in the kitchen. Our oldest grandson especially loved the pool and the beach! The landscaping was immaculate but the condo floor needed to be mopped on arrival. The condo could use curtains in the other rooms besides the master bedroom. We hung blankets over the other bedroom windows to block out the light coming through the blinds at night. Bryant real estate provided me with detailed information about the process of vacationing and was readily available to answer questions. Overall-we enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is fabulous, the apartment nicely decorated. However there were so many issues that were just wrong. Starting with 2 light bulbs that needed replacing, which never were replaced the entire time. In both bathrooms, there was partial rolls of toilet paper & no replacements. We were told we needed to get our own. When asked for more towels, we were told we could purchase a towel package for $9. The kitchen was ill equipped. Pots & pans need to be replaced. We were given instructions to wash the dishes before leaving, however for our stay, we were only left with 1 tab. The list goes on & on...I must say that in all the years of staying places, this was the most unaccommodating & unfriendly place EVER!
