The Private Pool/Spa* has no rear neighbors and is located in the Shingle Creek Preserve with beautiful lakeview and wild nature life surrounding the home. This is the home where you can watch sunset and sunrise while lounging by the pool deck in the peaceful nature preserve while being minutes away from all the shopping, restaurants and theme parks.

Perfect Accommodation

Three generations stayed in this great villa. The kids loved the games room, best I have ever seen. The pool loooks over a lovely lake with a resident alligator in it. Sunrise is beautiful! Tastefully decorated, spacious rooms with everything you need. The management team were very responsive and offered great advice via a WhatsApp group they set up. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our large group

There were 14 of us including children, teens and adults. We had ample room, enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the on-site water park. The location is great for both Disney Parks and Universal. The themed rooms where great and the kids all loved them.

Great property for large family

Great property for a large family. Everyone agreed that the beds were comfortable and the house well appointed. Movie room and game room were a huge hit with the entire family! The pool and hot tub were much needed after long days at Disney parks.

Great place to “Do Disney”

Had a couple of issues which were quickly tended to. Spent 6 weeks here - 2 of those with 8 family members. Plenty of space for a big group. Quiet. Well maintained. Near Disney.

Awesome House

This house had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the hot tub. House located in not far from Disney parks. My kids enjoyed watching the gators in pond behind the house.

Senior trip

We stayed at this property with 8 high school seniors. We loved everything. The upstairs was perfect for them to hang out together. The rooms were super nice and the theming was neat. The game room and pool were also great to have access to. We even saw an alligator in the evenings.

Wonderful Get Away

The experience we had was outstanding. The home was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group. It was nice having the pool and hot tub heated. The view from the pool area was great! The birds and gators made for great entertainment and tranquility. I really appreciated the communication with the owner and would highly recommend this home to others.

Amazing getaway

We had such an amazing time here! The house is so fun and has a lot of room, even for our group of 13. We were in the back corner so we were away from everyone else and it was quiet and peaceful. The house itself is just like the pictures. Tons of room and stuff to do for those days you just want to lounge around. The beds were comfortable and they had plenty of towels for everyone. Loved staying here!

Amazing vacation home!

My extended family stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas and it was the perfect house for our needs. They even provided a Christmas tree! The kids loved the game room, the adults loved the theater, and everyone loved the pool. The kid bedrooms that connected to the parent bedrooms were an added bonus that made everyone more comfortable. Overall it was the best home we've ever rented, and we hope to stay here again on future trips to Orlando!

As Advertised

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. We had plenty of space even with a large family; the playroom was great. The pool was nice, and having a corner lot overlooking the small lake made a huge difference. The community pools were worth visiting, wish we’d made time to visit them more often.

Great place

The property was exactly as pictured. The beds were bigger than expected and so comfy! We were so impressed by this house when we walked in, neighborhood was calm, quiet, and beautiful. House was clean throughout. About 20-30 min away from universal depending on traffic but it was an easy commute. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Awesome stay

House was exactly as seen in pictures. Very clean and well equipped. The Star Wars themed room was a hit. All 3 of my boys (ages 11, 15 and 19) slept in this room and enjoyed it. The game room with the safari jeep bed was a nice touch. The kids enjoyed playing pool football and basketball. Loved seeing the alligators daily while sitting on the back patio. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent Vacation Property

This was our first time renting a home and it has set the bar super high for the future. The home was exactly as it was marketed, even better. So clean, everything in its place that we needed, the home was so spacious and the pool was such a hit. We cooked in often and the kitchen and the appliances were all too notch. Each bedroom was super comfy and we cannot wait to book another trip back. From booking to checking out everything was flawless! Bonus features was the neighborhood pools.

Wonderful home

We stayed in this home as an extended family of 14. The layout of the home was great and the house had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and themed rooms were awesome! Everyone loved this house! Only suggestion would be to have another refrigerator as it got really full quickly with the large number of people. Otherwise, it was amazing!

This place is AMAZING!

We will be back! This place is 5star+!!!! It’s a beautiful home just as pictured! Took us 20min to get to all the Disney resorts! It’s clean! It’s beautiful! 15 of us and we all had our own space! The only thing I would change is the kitchen pans are lacking and it could use some dish rags to clean up after cooking. This place is amazing!
