BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
*Main/Only Bedroom has a Queen bed. A porta cot is available on request. We ask that you bring your own baby bedding/linen.
*Bunks in the open plan hallway/office space area. Bunk beds are double on the lower bunk and single on the top. They are positioned in the far end of the open plan area, adjacent to the powder room.
You will find Mavericks Retreat to be very comfortable, tastefully furnished and styled with everything you need.
Guests have full access to the Unit and the private contained yard.
The area out through the back gates & back door, is private property. It would be best not to open the back door,as there is a very friendly dog living in the private back section and he may run inside the unit if you open the back door.
The 2 locked cupboards are not for guests.

Cromer is a beautiful leafy neighbourhood. Maverick's Retreat is only 100 metres away, just around the corner to the nearest coffee shop (Coffee Lane) which is open in the mornings.
Turn right at end of Geelong Road, "Coffee Lane". There is usually parking out
front but it is only a 5 minute walk from the Maverick, at most.
Cromer is one of the most sort after lifestyle suburb on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Offering direct transport links to Manly and Sydney's CBD, with excellent proximity to regional retail centers including Warringah Mall and Chatswood. **There is great little coffee shop open in the mornings, just around the corner. Turn right at end of Geelong Road, "Coffee Lane". There is usually parking out front but it is only a 5 minute walk from the Maverick, at most.
*Bunk beds are in the open plan Hallway office space - double bunk bed on the bottom & single bunk bed up top.
*It would be best to keep the back door closed at all times, as there is a very friendly dog living in the private back section and he may run inside the unit if you open the back door.
*Small breed dogs are welcome upon owners discretion.
*Council does not permit Parking on the reserve itself. Council fines will be enforced if guests park on the reserve.
*There are 2 containers near the deck. One for Paper & the other for Glass and Plastic. Please use them.

*Put standard garbage into the bin with the red lid. Put this bin out on the kerb to the left of the reserve on Tuesday nights please. Red bins get emptied early Wednesday mornings.
*Fire Extinguisher in kitchen cupboard.
*Owner lives at the back of this property also. He (Garry) lives on the back section with his wife, 2 sons & friendly dog. You're area is totally private and fenced off though.
This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood and there is an adjoining property. Therefore please observe quiet times between 11pm and 7am.
