front bedroom has a full size bed, a bunk and cable TV. The middle bedroom

offers a queen bed, a twin chair/bed and cable TV. The bonus room has a twin

bed, cable TV, washer/dryer and a back door that leads to the outdoor shower

and off-street parking spot. The bathroom is situated between the dining area

and 2nd bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Tina Marie is a relaxed cottage and

conveniently located which makes for a happy stay!



Rentals include furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating

and air conditioning.



What to bring:



A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc.,

grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body

wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc.



B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels,

garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional

products during their stay.



C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and

toys!
