Didn’t want to leave…

Had an amazing time here in Florida and staying at the WPB PH. This place is very nice and super comfortable. Has everything you need and then some. Close to all major beaches and restaurants. Hope to be back here soon and finish our exploration.

Nice condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay. Our condo, and the hotel in general were very nice and met our needs. Took a bit to get used to needing the valet to get the car every time, but not a big deal.

Palm Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! We loved having a separate living area that offered a comfy space for relaxing as well as dining area where we could set up our laptops for work or sharing a meal. Everything was spotless. The location is fantastic! There are many options for dining in the nearby vicinity as well as shopping, markets and pharmacies should you need anything. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View of the City Skyline at night!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here! The location was great being right off the main elevator, also there was a new synagogue right next door so we seemingly had private security to our room. It was a very relaxing experience especially after a long day on the beach. We left a beach buggy there for everyone after us renting this property…enjoy!

Beautiful suite in Palm Beach

The suite was clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. Beautiful light comes in to the living room and bedroom. The finishing touches are all well planned, like modern shades, air condition and shower. Thanks for having us! I highly recommend and we plan to return next year.

A Peek Into Palm Beach Lifestyle

This penthouse was absolutely perfect for a three night getaway for my family. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom and our two small kids stayed on the pull out couch. There was a kitchen and a pool, and we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, there was easy access to West Palm Beach and the building really encompassed the old Florida field with its elegance and charm. We will absolutely be staying again.

BLOOD ON THE WALL!! No one offered to Come please it. ( now claiming it was tomato sauce , trying to make me look like an idiot ) Owner made poor excuses. Bathtub was cracked so had to shower with shoes and couldn’t shower my baby. Elevator didn’t come up to the top floor. Was told to take the stairs , which wasn’t an option because we have a stroller. Had to call down to front desk every single time we needed to go downstairs. Very loud in the hallways. The whole building smells old and musky

Anniversary get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright and airy penthouse. The location is excellent and enabled us to walk to most things. It is close to the bike/walking path along the intracoastal and and equal distance to the beach - all within walking distance. There is a Publix nearby, Greens Pharmacy - a must for breakfast, and Amici Market - great for lunch or carryout dinner to eat in the patio on ground level. The penthouse has a view of the intracoastal. The owner is available and responsive. Would highly recommend this unit.

Sunny Penthouse

We have stayed here before and always enjoy our time. This visit, however, had a few glitches. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work. In the past, bathrooms were supplied with soap/small shampoos - this time, nothing, no paper towels. While lacking in a few of the regularly provided items, it truly is a lovely, sunny penthouse in the perfect location for a short visit to Palm Beach.

A pleasant stay, found it exactly as described & shown!

A quiet, safe area to walk to nearby businesses & Beach. The penthouse suite was bright, sunny and clean, also very spacious! The owner and contact person were readily available for any question. The only thing we found odd for check out was guests are responsible to strip the bed and take out trash. Otherwise all was good & pool area was very nice. I would recommend Palm Beach Hotel Condo,( depending on unit.)

Wonderful apartment

What a fabulous gem. Its a spacey 1 bedroom, with a large comfy sofa bed. Its in a historic building. The downstairs has a pool you can use, but also a gorgeous palm beach style lounge to sit and people watch. Its next to the well known PB Catch and all of Royal Poinciana, but personally, my favourite is the 9 min walk to Sant Ambrose for a coffee and pain au chocolate. The beach is at the end of the second block, what a treat! AND the most gorgeous bike ride by the water is just 9 min away too.

The apartment was spotless and well appointed. Very pleasant decor, which made for a comfortable stay. The woman at the front desk, Milady, could not have been nicer or more accommodating or more pleasant. She should be cloned.

Best Penthouse on Palm Beach

If you like a bright cheerful sunny penthouse, you have found your little apartment. The best location, easy check-in, and lots of space. Super quiet building and close to everything. The host was excellent with all the little details! Thank you again for a fantastic stay! I will be back soon!

Lovely penthouse apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The penthouse was super clean and bright and delightfully decorated in a Tropical motif. We also liked the high ceilings and wooden beams of the property. The owners were gracious and easy to communicate with. We hope to rent out the property again in the near future!

Really enjoyed the stay

Very nice front desk staff. Historic/older property but PH12 was really nice and spacious and clean. Good value and 2 blocks from the beach. I would stay there again.

Perfect Palm Beach Getaway!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our Labor Day Girls Trip (4 of us)! We absolutely loved the location, super easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Evolve and the staff at the condo were so nice! We also really enjoyed the pool and the history of the Palm Beach Hotel. We will def be back!!!

Perfect Girls Getaway

Other than a brief hiccup with check in because of some confusion with where keys were (that was resolved in 10 minutes) this was a perfect stay. Walking distance to a public beach, Publix, and some wonderful restaurants. The pool was one of our favorite features and we spent the majority of the day there when it became too hot at the beach - we did not have chairs or an umbrella. I would recommend this for anyone looking for relaxing getaway.

Clean Affordable and Safe

This property was as advertised, the photos were not deceiving. This property was clean, pretty and the perfect size for a couple that knows how to manage a budget. One of the things I liked most was the safe area and beautiful, a big plus for me.
