In the heart of the city, and poised for adventure, you're a breezy walk away from the iconic Drag, UT campus, and the vivacious vibes of downtown. For those who fancy a hint of green amidst the urban sprawl, Zilker's lush expanse beckons, just around the corner.

Inside, the sleek living area invites relaxation and entertainment alike. Kick back and catch up on your favorite shows or dive deep into the digital world on the large smart TV. With Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and more at your fingertips, downtime is anything but dull. Should you fancy some company, the queen sleeper sofa unfolds in no time, with linens prepped for a restful slumber.

To add a cherry on top, two complimentary parking spots in the garage ensure your travels around the city are hassle-free. Need more? Worry not, neighboring garages come to the rescue at around $20 per day.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

Situated near the University of Texas at Austin, the neighborhood in this part of the city exudes a youthful and vibrant energy. Known for its blend of academic culture and lively city life, the area offers an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options catering to students, residents, and visitors alike. Museums and cultural centers in the vicinity contribute to an intellectual vibe, reflecting the neighborhood's close ties to education and the arts. Outdoor spaces and parks add to the appeal, providing opportunities for relaxation and recreation. The combination of traditional architecture with modern amenities contributes to the unique charm of this part of Austin, making it an appealing place to live and explore.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
9) The reservation includes TWO free parking spaces in the garage
10) The elevator operation is controlled by building management, we can not guarantee this amenity

Great Property with an amazing outdoor patio area overlooking the area. Ideal location for easy access to/from UTexas campus activities. Property manager was attentive and communicated effectively during the stay.

We were at the UofT for a conference and found the location of this place perfect. It was very nice, clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen.

There was a hiccup when we arrived at the property but with a quick phone call, the issue was resolved. The unit we stayed in was clean and spacious (was not the original unit due to the hiccup). I would recommend this company and will rent from them again.

This property has great potential

This property has potential, but it needs a good scrubbing down/cleaning/disinfecting and fresh paint. Pretty much everything, including the walls, shower, tile in the bathroom, etc. looks like it has a layer of dirt / grime on it. On a positive note… The owner was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had, and the bed in the upstairs locked was very comfortable

In general the place is dirty, the walls and floors need a good scrub, Bed was fine as well as towels, also you do not leave the toilet brush out, your cleaning crew should have a place to store all those things, I would recommend seeing that the floors outside their appartment get hosed down... filthy...

Convenient

Convenient location. Suitable for a family with kids who don't mind the pull-out. The pullout bed is comfy, as per my 17-year-old son. Can get loud at night with a frat house across the street. However, it did not keep us up. Great view off the patio. Easy walk distance to UT, Guad, etc. Would be a long walk to the stadium!

Great view off the large balcony for sunsets. Hot outside and AC could not keep up so warm in the property in the evening. Good communication with property managers about the situation. Unit could be a bit cleaner. Great mattress on the bed upstairs. Dishwasher makes lots of noise during cycle so don’t turn on right before sleeping

Hook'em in comfort

Just returned for an amazing first time in Austin dropping off our UT Freshman and this property was perfect in every way. Being that it was mooove-in week the area and the building were busy with university students which was actually a lot of fun walking around and taking in the sites and sounds. The unit itself was a great size for our crew of 2 adults and a 16yro and the kitchen, bathroom and living area were in excellent condition and very useful. The enourmous outside deck was great in the morning but almost unbearable in the afternoon sun, it was HOT!!!! From the moment we book our unit until the moment be got home the communication with the owner/manager has been excellent. Look forward to staying here once again soon!

Overall it was great for what I needed. I’m very familiar with the west campus area, as my daughter graduated from UT in 2021 and lived in the area for 3 1/2 years. So I was expecting the “Greek life” and student housing. Walkable to campus and many stores/places to grab food. The complex overall could use to love. The actual apartment could use a fresh coat of paint. It was clean, but gives the illusion that it’s not, due to the mismatching of paint/patch jobs on the walls. Had a great tv with Roku, pots/pans, dishes, coffee pot, and basic utensils. Had a great view of downtown and the hill country. I would stay there again.

Nice Apartment

The property was adequate for what I needed. The parking garage was very nice to have. Access to the apartment was easy at the garage gate, door gate, and apartment door. Cosmetically, there is some damage to the loft ceiling over the side of the rail, and bathroom cupboards and walls, so some repairs should be made to make it look nicer. Functionally, the property was good. Once I sent a message that I was checking out, I never did hear from the property manager acknowledging that he received my message.

There was no connection to internet. Listing showed wireless internet. I reached out to the company half way into my stay and never heard back from them disapppinted as the TV works off internet

We had a construction worker walk in while we were sleeping and we were not informed. We were not given other codes to the parking garage prior to arriving to we had the worst experiences trying to get in. And the host is damn near impossible to get a hold of.
