Great Rental Wonderful Residents

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was everything expected and more.The rental was exactly as described, extremely clean, and all the amenities were perfectly. Other residents at the rental location were fantastic. We were located near everything, the pool was wonderful.Realty Group was responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend this rental and location. Fantastic!

Les points forts : Propreté, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce

Comfortable and well equipped

The condo is comfortable, well equipped, clean, nicely decorated, in a good location and with good room size. There are three negatives: no grab bars in the showers, the garage door opener outside access box does not work (there are remote openers that do work), and the TV uses streaming and has no cable access. We found this unacceptable and had to purchase a firestick and subscribe to our favorite channels. The condo was very well supported by the rental agency, Realty Group SWFL, and special thanks to Angela Ramirez for resolving minor repairs and getting a new garage door opener system installed.
