Booth Falls Retreat, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, will become your new 'go to' Vail vacation home. An open layout, ample natural sunlight, amazing views, both a kitchen and kitchenette, a private hot tub, 3 decks and multiple living areas are just a few of the reasons why you'll return time and time again. Not to mention the fact that you can bring your dog with you for the trip! Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs, with diverse bedding arrangements. It can work for a group of couples, a single family or multiple families. We are located in a serene area just steps from the trailhead for the Booth Falls hiking trails. For winter guests we are only .3 miles from the free bus stop that will take you anywhere in Vail/Beaver Creek, with the Vail Village parking garage just 3 miles away. If you are traveling with kiddos, we're only .3 miles from one of the greatest parks around, Booth Creek Park. Whichever season it is, as long as you are ok with the free bus system, a car is definitely not necessary.

Location:
-- Ski Lifts: 3 miles from Vail Village parking structure.
– Transportation: The free Vail bus system picks up only .3 miles from the home at the Booth Falls stop. This bus can take guests directly to the slopes, either Vail Village or Lionshead.
-- Views: Views from one side of the house look out towards Vail Mountain. The other side of the home has views of beautiful aspen tree groves and the Booth Falls hiking trails area.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the property: From the driveway to the entry for the home there is 1 step. Guests enter on the main level.
– Parking: There is parking for up to 4 cars or a single car with a trailer. Please reach out prior to booking if you have a trailer so we can confirm that it will fit in the driveway. One car is able to park in the garage and the other 3 in the driveway. If you need additional parking options, please contact us for more information
– 4WD vehicle information: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
​​​​​​​** Pets & Fees - “Pet Friendly” means Dog Friendly only. If a property is pet friendly, then a per pet, per night fee will apply. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. Vail ski trip

Stayed at Grey's place for a four day guys ski trip. It was easy to find and simple to check-in. Only a few minutes drive to Vail for skiing, dining and shopping. The place was very spacious and clean. We liked having 2 large bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Setting was private and just beautiful after a snowfall. Would recommend staying there for a ski/winter vacation

Luxury Home Away From Home

Words on this review can’t begin to summarize how perfect our stay was - which was truly a vacation. Everything was in the details - all the way down to the stocked pantry which had a variety of ziploc bags (which made putting away leftovers very easy!). Each bedroom was clean and comfortable, with the bathrooms feeling like mini spas (and also complete with spare toothbrushes, which also came in handy). Outside, the family enjoyed countless hours in the hot tub, and the kids LOVED the sleds they found in the garage. Truly a home away from home, and made the vacation absolutely perfect! So if you’re looking for luxury for an entire family - look no further. Book and you won’t regret it!

We had a great time at the Booth Falls Property. Easy to get into town and plenty of room for all of the family. We saw the home was for sale at the time of our stay, so we hope it is available again next year!

Great location and very family friendly

The home is in a fantastic location (7 min drive to vail village). There are two parks walking distance from the home which was great for our kids and hiking trails nearby. The house is very spacious and well stocked. We had a great stay and would definitely reccomend this home.

We very much recommend this listing! The 4 bedroom 4 bathroom setup is hard to find and makes our large family gathering so much more enjoyable. Highlights were the well working hot tub, the location ( seriously amazing) and the well stocked home. Easy communication with rental company as well. 5 stars! Thanks for the stay!

Perfect in so many ways

My family and I loved this house, which gave us ample room both inside and out. Two eating areas! Four great showers! And the playground just down the street was awesome for the children. I hope we can return.

Great Find for Group Trip

We stayed here as part of a bigger family reunion in Vail and loved the house for all the space it has inside and out. Most notable for us was a house with 3 bedrooms with king beds which is a rare find (plus a 4th with multiple beds). Ten min drive to Vail Village and one block from the free bus made it very convenient. House was clean, no issues, and as advertised. Would recommend!

Girls Trip

House was ok but one bathroom toilet didn’t work. Dishwasher did not work . Another bathroom toilet stopped working but we fixed. Not enough toilet paper we had to buy. . Communication with Vacasa about toilet no one ever reached out to fix. . There needed to be communication in house about what to do with Trash. Garage door broken doorknob..

Very Nice House

Lots of room to sleep and spread out, hot tub was nice, and Booth Falls trail and park right in our front and back yard were great. Only downfall was can hear highway noise and unfortunately there was construction on the house across the street for 2 full days that was loud and annoying- understand not much can be done by renters about that.

Great Place!

This rental was extremely clean, large, fully stocked kitchen, 2 playpen, booster seats will definitely try to stay here again. Close to the slopes and good roads. Best rental home we have stayed in! Only 1 small complaint was that it states a 2 car garage but the garage was full of furniture and other items and could not park in it.

Great weekend getaway!

Our group really enjoyed staying at this property. There is plenty of space to spread out, and the house is nicely furnished. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed to cook. Plus, the shuttle stop is a quick 5 minute walk, so no need to pay for parking in Vail Village! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Thanks for a fantastic weekend!

Amazing home in Vail! Best location for hikers.

The home is in a perfect location right next to the best hiking trails in Vail. It is fully stocked. Perfect for a family reunion. We cooked all our meals in the beautiful kitchen, and drank wine on the porch enjoying the view. Looking forward to staying here again! This was a rare find.
