Welcome to the Seven Mile View.  Located in the tranquil and picturesque West Bay area this condo complex, which hit the vacation rental market in January 2023, offers an escape away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile, enabling visitors to relax in the charms the property has to offer and the old-world feel of the region.

There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - to 7-minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.

Your sweeping view is of Seven Mile Beach from the pool deck and your condo balcony. Minutes away, enjoy snorkelling at Cemetery Beach, relax on beach chairs at Governors Beach, and have lunch at Tillie’s.

Accommodation:

The Seven Mile View Condo #3B is a 2nd-floor studio oceanfront condo in West Bay with views of Seven Mile Beach.

The condo has a King-size bed and can sleep up to 2 people.  This is a great choice for those wanting direct oceanfront views, a private beach, excellent snorkelling, and shore diving while being just 2 minutes from world-famous Seven Mile Beach.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2nd-floor unit.  Due to the open stairs at this condo, for your safety, the minimum age for children is 5 years old.

Laundry:

Condo guests in units 3A and 3B share access to a washer and dryer space at the complex.  Linens and towels are changed out by your housekeeper upon request.

Stylish Interior:

The Seven Mile View complex has been completely renovated from top to bottom with modern kitchens, high-end tile floors, floating staircases, large windows bringing in lots of light and spectacular ocean views, patios off the living and bedroom areas, and high ceilings.

The bathrooms feature high-end tile throughout and modern cabinets and fixtures. Each and every one of the 5 residences has its own unique design, build, and layout all with top-of-the-line materials.

Entertainment:

The unit is fully furnished with a comfortable living area, HDTV and cable, high-speed wifi, a full kitchen with a large Sub Zero refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, a BBQ grill, all linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, a blow dryer, an iron board, and an iron.  Complimentary laundry service is provided for this unit.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters to get you started.

Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, face tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Inclusions:

Each unit is equipped with two(2) lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Convenient Location:

The location of Seven Mile View offers easy access to supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, bars, and various water attractions such as the Dolphin Encounter, Turtle Farm, and Beach Horseback Riding.

Unit #3B corner, second-floor unit faces the pool, ocean and has a view to the West Bay dock.

Seven Mile View is well-positioned, so here’s what you’ve got nearby:

Closest Restaurants (Walking Distance):

- Alfresco Restaurant – about 2–3 minutes on foot (literally across the road!)
- Heritage Kitchen – around 8–10 minutes walking (charming local spot by the beach 🌅)
- Macabuca & Cracked Conch – about 20–25 minutes walking, or 5 min drive (worth it for sunset + cocktails!)

Other popular options (Driving):

- Coconut Joe’s, Peppers, XQ's, The Wharf – all about 5–10 minutes by car.
- Camana Bay (with lots of restaurants and shops) – also 10 minutes by car.

So basically, if you're staying at Seven Mile View, you can walk to a couple of gems and drive easily to everything else. 🚗🍽️

Transportation options include:

• Bus Service: You can catch a local bus just steps from the condo—just wave one down along the main road for an easy ride to town, the beach, or the airport!

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
