This 1,000 sq ft | 93 sq m 1BR/1.5BA luminous and spacious property in a luxury boutique complex has been recently renovated with high-end furniture and appliances in a style that creates the ideal modern art deco stay.
The main living area of the property is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to 2 expansive, wrap-around terraces featuring views of sunrises and sunsets.
There are marble floors throughout, an open floor concept, and a quartz island countertop is just the icing on the cake of the fabulous location of the property.

- Two SITTING AREAS in the open-floor space that is extra luminous thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give direct access to a private balcony.
- SITTING ROOM AREA 1 features two fashionable sofas that surround a small coffee table.
- SITTING ROOM AREA 2 is outfitted with a large sofa and two armchairs that face a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with premium cable channels.
