Retreat to this spacious, upgraded 3 bedroom + loft, 4.5 bathroom townhome located at the beautiful Snowcreek Lodges. Fully renovated with hardwood flooring, stone throughout, complete with all the amenities you need for the perfect getaway. Cozy up on the large sectional sofa and get warm by the wood burning fireplace while relaxing after a long day in the outdoors. Or have family movie night and enjoy the large flatscreen TV with Cable. The open floorplan allows for easy entertaining, and with a fully stocked kitchen and private gas BBQ grill on the upper patio, dining area that comfortably seats 10, a home cooked meal is just a grill away. Or perhaps you want to sit and enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck and soak in those stunning Sherwin Mountain views. This property is ideal for large families as every room has a private en-suite, and there are are two main master suites. The downstairs master suite features access to the lower balcony, King bed, flatscreen Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, stand-up shower and closet. The second downstairs bedroom features a bunk bed with Twin over Queen, private en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and access to the lower level patio. The upstairs primary suite features a King bed, flatscreen Smart TV, a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower. The loft has a day bed with twin pull out trundle, home office space if you need to work or school remotely, with it's own en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. This home has a private laundry room with washer/dryer, a 2-car double garage with storage for bikes and driveway that can accommodate 1-2 vehicles. The home is located a short walk away from the large community outdoor hot tub to enjoy a soak at the end of the day. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat with stunning unobstructed Mountain views. You can access trails and snowfields from the home for a glorious walk to soak in that fresh mountain air. Conveniently located walking distance across the street to the Snowcreek Athletic Club where all guests receive complimentary full access to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Perfect Family Getaway!
Our recent stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of amazing! We traveled with two families, and the layout of the house was absolutely perfect for us. With two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, we enjoyed the ideal blend of privacy and togetherness. Everyone felt comfortable and had their own space to unwind.The open loft area was a standout feature, especially for the kids. They had their own play zone upstairs, which allowed the adults to relax downstairs, watch TV, and prepare meals without interruption. It struck the perfect balance, giving everyone the freedom to enjoy their time together while also having spots to retreat to.We were also impressed by the outdoor patios; they were beautifully designed and provided a lovely atmosphere for family gatherings in the fresh air. The house itself was exceptionally well-kept, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring we had restful nights after our fun-filled days. Overall, our stay was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting memories with family. We are already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to book again—this property has definitely set the bar high! Highly recommended!

Great Spot
This place was awesome! We really loved that every room had their own bathroom plus an additional bathroom in the common area. The only thing that made our trip slightly inconvenient was a leaking dishwasher. This is a simple maintenance type of fix that we chose to have addressed after our stay. We definitely recommend this place!

Great place friends & family
With the exception of a couple of windows not closing all the way which caused a draft (one in the living/family room, the other in the downstairs primary), the place was great/better than many other houses we’ve stayed at over the last couple decades we have visited mammoth. each bedroom had its own full bathroom, and the loft also had a full bath. would look for this unit next time we visit.

Nice unit but not Perfect
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked a "not pet friendly" unit because my wife and daughter have allergy to dog and cat shedding. However, once we checked in, we noticed a pet gate on the first floor, and frames on the wall about pets. My wife and daughter and several other family members were uncomfortable with sneezing constantly and having watery eyes. It got so bad that we skipped the last night and left the unit early. I did stop by the office and explained the condition and they provided us couple of air purifiers but they were not helpful. We were promised a discount.

Great ski house
This house was perfect for two families of 4. The layout, number of rooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space and the kitchen/dining/living area was spacious and comfortable. A large jacuzzi is a short walk from the house for apres ski. Canyon and Eagle Lodges are less than a 10 min drive.

Needs some work.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Given the price of this property, I expected it to be in better shape and better taken care of. Pictures or other items were clearly missing from the walls of the unit. Only picture hangers remained. We were in the unit during huge snowstorms in March 2023, and needed to place towels around some of the window to try to keep cold air from coming in. A huge snow bank covered half of the walkway into the property when we arrived (i.e. it was not cleared to the full width) and ice accumulated on part of the walkway that did not have snow on it so that gaining entry via the walkway was treacherous. The garage was partially covered with snow and ice, as was the driveway, so that we were unable to use all of either space for vehicles. While acknowledging that we were in the midst of a record snow fall season, a premier property like this should have had better snow removal throughout the season. During the last part of our stay, snow melt was coming into the garage. I would be concerned that issue will become much more significant as the weather warms. The kitchen and appliances are very nice, and the unit does have a lot of room in it. The washer and drier worked well. When we arrived, the fitted sheet on one of the king-sized beds was clearly way too small and would not fit on the mattress. I reported it to the property management team on the next morning, along with several other items, and they had a new sheet there the next afternoon. We needed to put it on ourselves., but it fit this time. The property management team was responsive even though it was clearly a busy time for them with the heavy snows. Some of our experience was clearly colored by the fact that unprecedented snowfalls happened prior to and during our stay. However, we left feeling that the unit had too many maintenance issues for the price we paid. I would look elsewhere next time.
