Location, Location, Location! Enjoy being able to walk to everything historic
Carolina Beach has to offer from this beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath top floor
condo. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach! Peak a boo
ocean views can be enjoyed from the balcony along with the view of Downtown
Carolina Beach.
Condo Layout:
2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Sleeps 5.
Top floor walkup unit.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with cooking supplies, drip coffee pot, table with
seating for 4.
Living Room: Couches plus oversized chair comfortably seating up to four plus
flatscreen TV with Cable.
Deck: Access from the living room, Seating for 4 people, view of downtown
Carolina Beach and peak a boo ocean view.
Laundry: Stackable Washer and Dryer in Hall Closet.
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, two closets, plus attached bath with
shower/tub combo.
Guest Bedroom: Twin over double bunk bed plus closet.
Hall Bathroom: Toilet/Sink in one room and standalone shower in separate room.
Parking for 2 car: Must display parking pass.
Condo Amenities: Pool, Grills, Outdoor shower plus picnic area.
Things to do:
Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the
nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to
Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the
Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the
day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up
early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp
boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach
Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!
