This 5-bedroom family home with luscious garden and courtyard offers a wonderful stay in Melbourne’s leafy south-east. Designed with family in mind, Whitehouse provides an oasis of calm and is in close proximity to green spaces, transport and shopping strips.
Whitehouse is a truly special family home located in leafy Caulfield North, with an array of parks, shops and cafes nearby. Contemporary and chic, this home has been designed for luxury family living. It is light filled with an aesthetic to perfectly complement the green space outside.
An urban oasis, you’ll love the ease of inside outside living. The core living and entertaining spaces flow directly into the lush private north-facing garden. The immaculate marble kitchen makes entertaining a pleasure so you can enjoy meals and quality time with family and friends under the trees.
Boasting five bedrooms, the Queen master suite with ensuite, is separate from the children’s
quarters, allowing you to relax in peace and wake up to birdsong as you welcome the day from your private balcony overlooking the garden. It truly feels like your own sanctuary and separate adult wing.
The remaining four bedrooms have been designed with kids in mind, are all single, two with a
trundle and one with a cot. They are beautifully furnished with plush carpet with easy access to two bathrooms (one with bath).
You’ll love the leafy neighbourhood of North Caulfield and the Golden Mile location. You’re just minutes to parks, transport and Inkerman St and Balaclava Rd with a wonderful choice of mrestaurants, shops, bars & cafes. It is serene and peaceful, yet offers close access to transport and the best of the area including parks, and numerous local shopping strips.
