Votre propre refuge Harlem privé. Une oasis de rêve tranquille pour votre séjour à New York. Profitez de la vie dans un Brownstone 1895 à l'un des plus charmants quartiers historiques de la ville. NOTE: Ceci est juste une des quatre unités uniques dans le bâtiment. Nous avons aussi Garden Apartment, Parlour Apartment et Guest Room.

Le Harlem Hideaway Studio est un studio entièrement meublé. Il est situé au 1er étage d'une maison de ville privée de Brownstone, située dans le quartier très prisé du Mount Morris Historic District, à Harlem.

L'intérieur tout blanc avec des plafonds de 12 'et une vue sur un jardin arboré rempli d'arbres vous mettra instantanément dans une ambiance paisible.

Entrée du perron à travers le bois sculpté orné arche d'entrée et vous vous sentirez comme vous avez juste fait un pas en arrière de 100 ans dans le temps. Tous les détails originaux en chêne témoignent du charme de l’histoire légèrement usée. Allez tout droit à votre propre appartement par la porte 10 'd'entrée.

Cet appartement studio est très spécial à partir du moment que vous ouvrez la porte. Les plafonds de 12 pieds créent une ambiance particulière et la salle toute blanche vous invite à admirer la beauté du paisible jardin privé et paysager bien paysagé auquel vous avez accès. Depuis qu'il est à l'arrière du bâtiment, vous entendez pas de bruit de la rue.

L'appartement est meublé avec des meubles haut de gamme, comme un canapé Corbusier en cuir d'origine et de l'acier brut miroir pleine longueur, un lit queen size (mémoire de matelas en mousse) et le lit se dresse. Un téléviseur à écran plat intelligent de 42 pouces pivote pour vous permettre de regarder n'importe où dans l'appartement. La zone de lit est recouvert de moquette pour une sensation intime plus luxuriante. Le lecteur radio / iPod contient un iPod rempli de playlist de jazz et de blues Harlem Hideaway. Les livres de New York et de Harlem sont fournis, ainsi que les numéros actuels de Time Out Magazine pour vous faire savoir ce qui se passe actuellement dans la ville.

Il y a un grand placard et beaucoup de rangement supplémentaire pour cacher cette valise et d'autres articles.

La cuisine a une cuisinière à gaz 4 feux / four, micro-ondes, four grille-pain, grille-pain, cafetière, réfrigérateur congélateur en bas inoxydable et est stocké avec du café et du thé. Le réfrigérateur a un pichet d'eau filtrée. Mangez sous l'énorme suspension surdimensionnée à côté de l'explosion massive en noir et blanc d'un livre de science ancien.

Découvrez les articles originaux dans la vitrine de verre métallique et vous pouvez rire. Linge de lit, serviettes, fer / planche sont fournis, ainsi que des parasols de prêt.

Un ventilateur de plafond à 3 vitesses et un climatiseur / chauffage intégré silencieux contribueront à votre confort. Il en va de même pour les lampes de chevet ajustables séparées.

Il y a un interphone à sonnerie pour les invités ou les livraisons.

La salle de douche toute blanche avec armoire à pharmacie éclairée contient une prise, ainsi qu'un shampoing, du savon et un sèche-cheveux. La salle de toilettes séparées possède ses propres charmes.

Avoir du linge? Nous avons une grande laveuse et une sécheuse juste au-dessous dans la zone du sous-sol pour tous vos besoins de lessive.

Vous voulez une chambre plus grande ou de plus d'espace? La pièce adjacente au bâtiment est le Parlor Chambre (Home Away # 9825450). Il dort trois à quatre. Nous avons également la Chambre (Home Away # 993020) à l'étage supérieur. Deux couchages. Nous avons également le Jardin Appartement (# 3,634,519 de) qui peut accueillir quatre personnes.

Choose it !

We spent a very pleasant stay in Harlem Hideaway studio. The studio is equipped well, very comfortable and design. It is very well situated, close to all the conveniences and the main attractions of Manhattan. Very good value for money. We deeply recommend it. Florence and Sébastien (Paris, France)

Comfortable apartment, great neighborhood, terrific owner

The studio apartment is very small but suitable to my needs. The bedsheets and towels are high quality and the bed is comfortable. Small sink in the kitchenette but doable if you're not doing much cooking. The one drawback is the very small shower. Dennis, the friendly and helpful owner, plans to add a smaller and more flexible showerhead, which will help somewhat. Other than that, it's a delightful apartment and I'd be happy to stay there again.

Harlem Hideaway

I ALWAYS stay at Harlem Hideaway when I visit NYC. Dennis is such a pleasant, professional, accommodating host. The property has easy access to subway to get anywhere in the 5 Burroughs quickly. There are tons of restaurants, wine stores, and delis close by. It's like being at home away from home and I'm from TEXAS!!!!

My Harlem Hideaway Exprience

An absolute treat to be able to visit NYC and stay in a beautiful brownstone. Very Clean with great amenities such as, towel service, fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a very comfortable large bed, large tv, cable, music, and lots of closet space. There's great art work uniquely placed throughout the brownstone. Truly a home away from home and I had an awesome time relaxing here. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Harlem Hide Away!

Awesome Hideaway

We had a lovely stay at the Harlem Hideaway. Beautifully furnished, more than comfortable bed, great host and awesomely positioned. Easy walk to restaurants and subway. 9 blocks south the the Northern end of Central Park. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect apartment with great restaurants around

We really enjoyed our stay in Dennis' apartment which looks exactly as on the pictures. The street is nice and quiet, but everything you need is there: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bars for everybody's taste! Around Halloween time when we were there, the houses were imaginagery decorated. After long trips through NY we really appreciated the great and comfortable mattress and clean bet linen. We will be back for sure! Thank you, Dennis for everything! S&A

Harlem Hideaway was definitely the perfect choice

I consider having been able to stay at a brownstone such as Dennis's a real privilege. The Studio is beautifully decorated, quiet, equiped with a bag full with useful information and within walkable distance of many of the places you are surely interested in visiting. Of course staying in Harlem implies having a whole different outloook of New York, and that was welcome to! To sum it all up, I sure hope I'll come back to Harlem Hideaway ...

Wonderful wonderful!!

It is a wonderful place to stay. Location is fantastic. Dennis has wonderful suggestions for restaurants - definitely try them. The apartment is perfect - extremely comfortable. Dennis makes you feel like you are at home!!

Fabulous!!

The Harlem Hideaway was absolutley perfect for our New York Holiday. We loved everything about the accommodation and the area. It was fun sitting on the stoop in the evening and chatting to the passers by. Location was excellent with the Subway a short walk away.

Great location and Dennis is super helpful!

So glad we picked this place. Dennis has lived in the area for many years and told us about all the best places to eat and visit. The apartment is very comfortable, nice bed, very clean and surprisingly quiet. We loved it!

My out of town guest cancelled so my fella and I decided to have a staycation in his place. The entire building is a Victorian treasure. Our studio apartment was spotless, quiet, lovely and completely comfortable. I hated having to leave.

The property was PERFECT! Ideal space for a couple if staying in is on the agenda.

The property was enough space for my wife & I. I'm glad that I lost a few pounds or using the bathroom and taking showers would have not been possible. Well, because I did lose some weight I was comfortable throughout the apartment. The apartment was nicely furnished and also had a Vizio tv for our viewing pleasure. The apartment was centrally located to bus lines, subway terminals, and shops close enough that walking didn't make us feel tired when we decided to walk. We will seriously consider renting out this space again on our next visit to NYC.

Hideaway Saves the day!!!!

First-timer/New York 'rookies' we had NO idea where to stay on our recent trip & thus, sold on pictures & price decided on Harlem Hideaway......we feel very lucky indeed! Location is so handy to subway, neighbourhood has the best people watching, so many great places to eat & drink super close. We loved getting in amongst it and found ourselves eager to get back to our little place at the end of huge days walking this colourful city. Dennis is the perfect host, great advice for our stay, he has literally thought of everything! Beautiful building & décor, quite haven after the endless midtown crowds. Hey you can even just sit out on 'the stoop' and watch the world go by - Just do it we say!!!! Thanks Dennis & Harlem Hideaway for a most memorable time - Lynda & Dave, New Zealand

Excellent place to stay! Dennis is terrific and the Studio was a great unit for the 2 of us!

We have stayed in every unit ! We absolutely love staying at Dennis's place! We would highly recommend Harlem Hideway! We have stayed at other airbnbs across the country and Dennis's place is by far the best!

We stayed in this unit for 7 nights and absolutely loved it. Harlem was a beautiful place to stay in, everyone was so friendly. The unit is close to the subway so easy to get anywhere and its so close to Central Park. Dennis was great to deal with, very responsive when contacted. He even printed some tickets to an Ice Hockey game for us 😊 Would highly recommend this accommodation and will be staying there when we come back to New York in the future.

Nice, quiet, comfortable place

Dennis is a great host and the hideaway is a good choice for a quiet, comfortable bed in a building with great character. Convenient to the subway, local food, restaurants-- we had a lovely stay.

Excelent apartements, stunningly decorated, with beautiful objects and good taste

We passed a month in Harlem Hideaways. The longest stay was at the Studio which is very confortable and nicely equipped, as well as carefully decorated, with a lot of contort although it's small surface. Its full of light, has a good bed, huge TV with cable, correct wifi system, a whole kitchen with all the needing utensils to cook and a lot of courtesy of our host Dennis Decker who alway has coffe sugar salt oil condiments tea for the guests as soon as you arrive. ( as well as cleaning materials) There was something to be arranged at our apt and Dennis offered kindly his two major apts as a replacement for those days. The Parlor which is big decorated confotable and with a huge kitchen divinely equipped ( dishwasher convection oven microwave etc) outside street view big enchanting windows, and the Garden: a gorgeous place where to spend a holiday! Enormous bedroom, devine living room with a extraordinary kitchen included. Spectacular decoration and furniture and its own small patio garden. Dennis is an excellent host and a very good person, who takes care of his guests and business with charm and responsibility. We are eager to recommend this Harlem beautiful house and to come back soon. Thanks a lot Dennis. Diana Rona and Bob Frassinetti

A Cosy Hideaway in Harlem

When researching places to stay for our New York holiday in January, we wanted an apartment that was just like what you see in the movies and on television. Harlem Hideaway studio provided exactly this. We arrived and we were instantly amazed by the lovely street and steps leading up to the apartment building. Dennis was highly accommodating and well informed with plenty of suggestions for local cafes, restaurants and things to do. The apartment was clean with plenty of fresh linen, towels and amenities in which we used daily. The location in Harlem is great as you are walking distance to local supermarkets, cafes and parks. A favourite market we found is called 'Best Market Harlem.' It is also just a quick walk to the subway, where you can easily make your way to downtown Manhattan. Thank you to Dennis for being such a friendly and attentive host. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

This building is typical of the historic neighborhood. I was impressed that it still retained so much of its original form and material. However, I was very impressed by the atmosphere of the block, with friendly, open and involved neighbors.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The quiet friendly tree-lined street, proximity to express subway- only 4 stops to Times Square, closeness to neighborhood coffee shop and historic park, as well as the 125 St. corridor and Central Park.
I actually love sitting on the front stoop while having a coffee or a glass of wine. I love seeing the relaxed street life going by, and being a part of it. Since my block is dominated by private brownstones, rather than apartment buildings, it has a friendlier, small town feeling than most other neighborhoods.
