Enjoy a memorable stay in this unique 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 'urban-cabin' in the heart of the historic 7th ward. The wood walls adorned with local art create an inviting and comfortable space. The central location makes it easy to get anywhere in the city within minutes, including the French Quarter!
The Space:
This stylish space has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable: central AC, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a back porch for relaxing on. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with luxury linens, and the bathroom includes a walk in shower that is handicap friendly. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is also a sun room with an additional twin size bed, but we do not list that as a bedroom since it is a sunroom and gets a bit warmer than the rest of the house.
Guest Access:
You will have full and private access to the 1 bedroom rear unit. The building is a double (duplex) and shares one wall with the owner's unit in the front.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the historic 7th Ward. This diverse and vibrant neighborhood sits just off beautiful Esplanade Ave. and has close proximity to the French Quarter, Interstate 10, local restaurants, and coffee shops. It is very central and only takes about 10 minutes or less to get to most places in the city.
Getting Around:
This home has one off-street driveway parking stop and plenty of free 24-hour street parking right out front. It's an easy 5-minute Uber or Lyft ride to the French Quarter!
Other Things to Note:
The building is a double (duplex) and shares one wall with the owner's unit in the rear.
The owner of the unit has a blocked off space for personal storage by a curtain. Please do not disturb this area.
Pets are welcome for a one-time $250 fee per pet.
