And at this luxury Noosa Heads apartment, that’s only the very beginning of your story.

Positioned up one end of iconic Hastings St, the apartment is part of a boutique complex whose serene environs are surrounded by a thriving canopy of lush green. Nestled up the side of a hill it enjoys not only a breath-taking panorama over sand and sea but also easy access to the area’s most iconic attractions. It’s a chance to live your holiday wish list and cross off all those experiences you’ve never even thought of.

The communal heart of the three-bedroom property is the myriad living areas that seamlessly link the indoors and out. Downstairs, the main open-plan area is cleverly zoned, from a cosy one-on-one setting oriented around the spectacular views to a spacious lounge area, dining zone with plenty of room for groups and a kitchen built to encourage all hands on deck.

These seamlessly flow out to multiple north-facing balconies – incorporating an outdoor dining area and barbecue – that offer a spectacular window on the days as they evolve from morning sunshine to silvery moonlight.

A balcony off the spacious master bedroom is also an invitation to bask in the warmth and beauty of the great outdoors, as is the complex’s inground pool, which is heated year-round for guest comfort. Yet it’s hard to resist the lure of Mother Nature and modern lifestyle, which lie just a short stroll away.

A few metres beyond, Noosa’s Main Beach brings to life a natural panorama that’s admired the world over and dazzling in close proximity. With soft golden sands and crystal clear water, it’s a stretch of beach with a welcome for everyone, whether you want to set up a family base for sandcastles, tackle the surfing breaks with your board or simply wade in up to the ankles for a welcome dose of cool. Other nearby attractions include Noosa National Park, and the likes of Gympie Tce, which is but a short drive away and is home to an acclaimed stretch of dining overlooking the river.

This is not intended to be an exhaustive supply so depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional consumable items during your stay
- Parking - 1 x secure garage parking space is provided per apartment for a medium size car, clearance 2.1m. No additional guest or visitor cars are permitted on site

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION
Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.

Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.

Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.

Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.

Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.

GETTING AROUND
The nearest Visitor information centres are:
- Noosa Visitor Information Centre (located adjacent to Noosa Heads Surf Club on Hastings Street)
- Sunshine Coast Airport Visitor Information Centre (located at the Sunshine Coast airport)

Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) located in Marcoola is serviced by Jetstar, Virgin Australia and Qantas domestically as well Air New Zealand who provide seasonal flight services. Alternatively, Brisbane Airport is both an international and domestic gateway to Queensland with regular transfers to the Sunshine Coast.

ConXion operate door-to-door airport shuttle services from both Brisbane Airport and Sunshine Coast Airport seven days a week and Niche can also happily provide contact details of preferred private airport transfer companies/drivers upon request.
Rideshare services such as Uber and DiDi as well as taxis are readily available on the Sunshine Coast but can be unreliable later in the evening.

Suncoast Cabs provide taxi services and can be more reliable later in the evening than rideshare services. The best way to order a cab is via the Suncoast Cabs app.

Translink provide the convenience of bus travel all across the Sunshine Coast including Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Peregian Beach, Peregian Springs, Coolum, Maroochydore and Cooroy.
Travellers will require a Translink 'Go Card' - an electronic ticket for all Translink bus, train (including Airtrain), ferry and tram services in greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast regions which must be purchased and topped up prior to travel. Please note: the ‘Go Noosa Weekends’ initiative offers free travel on weekends on Translink routes 626, 627, 628, 629 and 632 and the ‘Go Noosa Holidays’ initiative offers free travel during Christmas and Easter school holidays on select services including the popular 65 Go Noosa Loop Bus.

A railway line connects the region to Brisbane in the south, and Gympie and beyond, to the north. Transport between Brisbane Airport and the Sunshine Coast can also be accessed via the train to Beerwah, Landsborough or Nambour train stations.
