The Space:
This small efficiency condo features a king bed plus a small pull-out couch.
Landfall condos are on the bay channel and waterfront, offering great sunsets
from the patio and a quiet complex.
The 2nd-floor unit includes an elevator and handicap ramps. The kitchenette is
equipped for preparing simple meals and saving money. Landfall unit 22 is
perfect for small families or couples, accommodating up to 4 people.
The kitchenette and living room are in the same area as the bed it does not
have a separate bedroom. A private patio with a table and chairs offers views
of bayside sunsets off the water. Off-street parking is included, along with
linens, bedding, towels, & basic toiletries
The property is located on a channel leading to the Laguna Madre Bay so you
can put in a Stand up paddleboard or kayak. For beach lovers, it's about a
2-block walk to the beach, or about 3.5 blocks to Claytona€™s Beach Bar, On
the Border Mexican Cantina, Bar Louie restaurant at the Marriott or walk to
Sea Turtle Inc or the birding center where you can meet Big Padre off the
boardwalk, the resident gator.
This older efficiency condo is similar to an oversized hotel room with a
kitchenette and full bath. There is no separate bedroom, as everything is
combined into one room. The condo includes a small fridge, hot burner, and
microwave. While it's not super fancy, it's clean, neat, and offers a great
location for paddleboarding in the calm channel.
Please note there is no boat slip available. Contact us before booking if you
have questions. It is required that you read and agree to all house rules
before booking. This is not a party complex, and after checking in, between 10
am and 2 pm you must visit the onsite office for your parking permit to avoid
towing.
There is included free Off-Street Parking.
The condo offers free high-speed WiFi for work or play, though spectrum
internet can be spotty at times, generally it is fine.
We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th,
as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us
we would love to hook you up if you qualify!
Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally at 2600 Padre
Blvd 78597 here on the Island. We provide a starter pack of toiletries, soaps,
& trash bags (though not replenished nor unlimited). For stays over 3 nights,
we offer complimentary towel and linen exchange at our office.
Please take note that the primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to
book and must be present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are
under 25, as additional requirements do apply.
We require an E-sign rental agreement with a photo ID after booking. This is
necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License and for
checking in with the door code. We provide the door code at 3 pm the day of
your check in. Provide your email address and a picture of your photo ID to
verify your age (25 years or older). If you are under 25, please contact us
first.

for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
