Welcome to our beautiful and cozy one bedroom apartment located in the Cranston area of Southeast Calgary, Alberta! Our space is perfect for couples or solo travelers who want to experience all the best that the area has to offer. We're conveniently located just a 5 minute drive away from both a large shopping plaza and South Health Campus, so you'll have easy access to both.
The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.1 bedroom and 1 bathroomFully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster).Smart TV, Netflix and wifi.Washer and dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.Our apartment features a comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom, and for additional convenience, we've included a folding sofa in the living area that can be converted into an extra sleeping space. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as a cozy living area with a Samsung Smart TV that comes with access to Amazon Prime and Airplay. The modern bathroom has a shower, and we offer high speed WiFi to ensure that you're connected during your stay.Our location in the Cranston area of Southeast Calgary can't be beat we're just a short drive away from some of the area's best shopping and dining options, including the large shopping plaza nearby. Cranston is also conveniently located near major transportation routes such as Stoney Trail and Deerfoot Trail, making it easy to get around the city. If you need to be close to Seton Hospital, we're just a few minutes' drive away.In addition, our apartment is located in close proximity to some of the area's most beautiful outdoor spaces, including Fish Creek Park and Bow River. These natural wonders offer opportunities for walkover, biking, fishing, and more making our apartment the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts.We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for all of our guests. According to our policy, all guests must provide information, i.e. each guest's name, ID details and vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure.Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can't guarantee a refund. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. The pet fee is $10 per night per pet.***Deposit***All guests are required to pay a refundable deposit of $1000.If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. According to the Condominium rules we have to provide copy of your driver s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, GLOBALSTAY has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
