The villa is characterized by being an ECO-VILLA:
- Water purifier by filtration (Additional water per gallon available)
- The electrical consumption is controlled and partly limited by using solar system
- 20.000 Liters rainwater collector
- ventilation system created to reduce the usage of AC and the consumption of electricity

The building is set in front of the private 8x4mt outdoor swimming pool where you can find a set of sunbeds with sun umbrella. On request, we can set a pool fence for your kids for free.

On the ground floor you'll find:
- a big semi-opened living room with a dining table for 8/10 people and a closed TV room with AC and sofa
- a fully equipped kitchen
- the master bedroom with a Jacuzzi and another double bedroom with private bathroom
