Welcome to Coastal Sound Waves! Located amidst a protected canal that opens to the Santa Rosa Sound, you will enjoy a variety of incredible views from the windows, balconies, and private dock. This one-of-a-kind upscale townhome boasting a coastal chic design, sits directly on the Santa Rosa Sound canal and is sure to be your favorite vacation home! Offering 3 beds/ 2.5 baths and a spacious layout- there’s plenty of room for all to relax.

An inviting, open concept living room is the perfect place to retreat after a day at the beach or kayaking on the sound! The living space hosts comfortable seating which includes a queen sofa sleeper and a large smart TV. In addition to a great view of the canal the kitchen is supplied with all your culinary essentials. Prepare your favorite gulf-to-table fare in the fully equipped, updated kitchen. The dining table room has plenty of seating for both dining- or, your favorite board game! Located off the living area, the main deck offers additional seating and a dining table to enjoy your morning coffee or open-air dining! The half bath is conveniently located on the main floor, adjacent to the living area. A full-size washer and dryer is also available for use, as well. A complimentary "starter" amenity kit is provided to assist with your arrival.

Located on the third floor you will find all bedrooms, with accommodations to sleep up to eight guests comfortably. Two additional bathrooms are also located on this floor. The master bedroom hosts a luxurious King bed and features a full wall of windows with direct access to the private deck. The gorgeous en suite bathroom offers double sinks and a garden tub/ glassed- in shower combination. The first of two guest bedrooms hosts a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with a full mattress underneath. The second bathroom is located across the hall from the two guest bedrooms. For convenience, all bedrooms host individual smart, flat screen tv’s.

Amenities, amenities, amenities!!! From the private dock you may enjoy many outdoor water activities at your leisure! Included with your stay you will find four adult kayaks, two child sized kayaks, and one paddleboard (life jackets and paddles also included) to enjoy! Don't forget your fishing equipment to spend time fishing on the private dock! Grill your fresh catch on the large, outdoor gas grill. The garage has been comfortably converted into a guest lounge for family time equipped with a smart tv, ping pong table and extra beach supplies. A private outdoor shower is also located in the patio area to wash off the saltwater and sand after a day of fun in the sun. A covered, cozy porch swing it the perfect location to read your favorite book or relax after a full day of making memories!

With Navarre's world-famous beaches only a short walk you can dip your toes in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, take a walk on the sugar-white sands, snorkel or simply relax and watch the waves roll in! Snowbird Season runs November through February. For a quote, select an arrival date at the beginning of the month and a departure date must be a the end of the month or the beginning of the subsequent month. Contact us for alternative date requests. December and January can be booked at a prorate. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Will need approval from the owner to stay for all 4 months.

Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. Tucked between Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun-seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level. Rent a bike, kayak, or paddleboard at Sage Paddle Company, catch your own dinner at Navarre Beach Fish Pier, visit the animals at Gulf Breeze Zoo, or take a scenic drive, in just minutes from your cozy vacation home down to Pensacola Beach.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach. Pensacola Beach also hosts an air show each July, and there is a show over the Naval Air Station each November. If seeing the Blue Angels isn’t enough, venture over to the Pensacola Navy Base for public access to the National Naval Aviation Museum, a Pensacola favorite, offering a rich historical experience for kids and adults alike. Onsite of the base is the Pensacola Lighthouse Museum where you can climb up the winding staircase for breathtaking views or walk down the boardwalk to take pictures on Barrancas Beach. While you’re there, you could also check out Fort Barrancas.
