Outside the property was awesome it’s near everything, Westin staff were very friendly and great amenities… too bad we weren’t able to use it because we have to deal with our rental.
The rental was HORRIBLE. The towel bowl has molds, vents in the bathroom has dust coming out and cup markings on the table. That’s just the icing on the cake.
The entire stay the so called “air conditioning as advertised wasn’t working … while the thermostat says Fan/ Auto Cool/Heat which is force air False Advertising.
It was scorching 76-80 degrees the whole time… they tried to fix it but didn’t work.. They gave us FAN and offered more FAN… it was pathetic.
We have headaches, stress, and sleepless nights the whole stay because of heat. It was depressing… instead of a relaxing chill
Vacation this is what we’ve experienced.
No one checked the rental before renting it… we have to change the thermostat battery on our first day thinking that was the issue… but it didn’t work at all… it’s the whole unit.
The Maintenance Guy came but didn’t do anything…. And also communicated the whole time with Mammoth Reservations but can’t do anything until we leave..
Instead of spending time with family, sightseeing and etc… we have to deal with rental… emailing, calling… It was a DISASTER.
