Both Richmond Town Centre and Old Factory Corner are just a short walk away. It is also conveniently located around the corner from a new bus route that offers regular services to Nelson City and the airport. This means you'll have all your daily conveniences and transportation options right at your doorstep, making your stay even more enjoyable.
Step inside our beautiful home, where an inviting open-plan living space awaits, bathed in abundant natural light that creates a warm and welcoming ambiance. The seamless transition from the living room to the hardwood garden deck is perfect for hosting summer gatherings. Our spacious garden is a true treasure, complete with two outdoor decks – ideal for soaking up the sun or savoring a barbecue with your nearest and dearest.
'The Meadows' is an ideal retreat that can comfortably accommodate either 4 guests or up to 6 guests with the sofa bed in the living area. This flexibility makes it a great choice for both smaller groups and those looking to maximize their occupancy. Book your stay now and enjoy the best of convenience and relaxation.

1 (Master): Queen bed with walk-in wardrobe and sliding door to outdoor deck,
2: Double bed with built in wardrobe and large window with Garden view.
Other: The pull out sofa bed in the living area is suitable for 1 adult, or 2 smaller adults or children; Available by early request only.

Bathroom with Shower, Separate Bath, Basin & Heat towel rail.
Separate Toilet with Basin.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that the owner may utilise some of the storage areas for personal belongings.
**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
