It’s a 12-minute walk from Sydney’s popular Bay Run following the scenic foreshore of Iron Cove and a five-minute drive to the shopping mecca of Birkenhead Point and Drummoyne Wharf, where ferries depart for Circular Quay. Come home and relax in dual living areas or have a dip in the pool and cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen or on the BBQ.
