Our stylish and spacious house is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, dining & main lounge area with a split system air-conditioner which opens onto a large covered deck to enjoy an afternoon BBQ with glimpses of the ocean.

Upstairs along with the main living area, you will also find the king master bedroom with double shower ensuite and an additional powder room.
The well appointed kitchen with a polished marble island bench is supplied with everything you would need to cook up a beautiful meal, from high end appliances to a wide selection of cookware, utensils & crockery. You will also find pantry items such as herbs & spices, cooking oils, tea/coffee and every day basics.

Downstairs you'll find 3 queen bedrooms with walk in wardrobes, the main bathroom with bathtub, laundry and an additional living area with a pool table, all appointed with comfortable linens and plenty of storage, there is another split system air-conditioner installed downstairs.

Upon entry there is the 3rd living area/media room provided with a smart TV for those wanting to have a cozy movie night. In the study is where you will find the bunk bed, this room is specifically for children, we have added toys, games and books to keep the children occupied.

Our laundry is provided with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, detergent, pegs and a clothes basket as well as drying racks and a clothesline outside.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8 adults & 2 children, this home is suitable for 1-2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat.
