A coffee bar with a wine cooler and a half bath adds to the convenience, while access to the covered rear porch and fenced backyard provides an ideal outdoor retreat.

Upstairs, you'll find four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a laundry room. The master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, spacious closet, and a TV. The property also features a fenced backyard, a covered carport and the added convenience of an EV charger. For enhanced security, Ring cameras are installed at both the front and back of the home.

PARKING DETAILS
If you're arriving with more than two cars, please reach out to us with any questions! This is a residential neighborhood, and street parking for non-residents is NOT allowed. Additionally, please ensure that you do not block driveways, alleys, or access points of neighboring homes. Commercial vehicles (large trucks, trailers, oversized vans) are not permitted in front of the home or within residential areas.

Neighborhood Courtesy: Please be mindful of our neighbors by avoiding unnecessary outdoor activity at night, loitering near other homes, or blocking shared access areas.
