The main highlights of the apartment:

The open floor plan includes a sitting area with a wall-mounted TV and cozy sofa that can also pull out to accommodate 2 guests if needed. The space is flanked by 2 stories of floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a beautiful backdrop of the mountains and give access to your private balcony.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with all the most important basics for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker for your morning jump start, a blender for afternoon mixers, and a dishwasher for quick clean-ups! The dining table has 4 cushioned chairs where you can enjoy your homemade creations or work on your laptop comfortably if needed.

On the upper level, you’ll find a restful king bed, lots of closet space, and a modern full bath with double sinks.

The property is perfectly located between Bucerias and Nuevo Vallarta, where you have so much to see and do at your fingertips! The area is a charming coastal paradise where visitors can enjoy immaculate beaches, top-notch golf courses, and a wide range of water-based activities. The dining scene is diverse, featuring both Mexican and international flavors, and the nearby Puerto Vallarta offers a lively nightlife experience. Nature lovers have the opportunity to discover the rich marine life in Banderas Bay, embark on thrilling whale-watching excursions, and explore lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters. Bucerias is strategically located for day trips to other popular destinations in the region, such as Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, Punta de Mita, and the Marietas Islands. These destinations offer additional opportunities for adventure and exploration.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, about 16.5 km or 10.3 miles away. There is underground unassigned parking on the premises if you arrive by car.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs in the apartment to reach the upper level.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- All guests must provide a government ID before arrival. Failure to do so will prevent access to the property.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In addition to the above, please ensure strict compliance with the complex's internal rules, as any violation may result in cancellation without refund.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions and the code will be provided before your arrival.
