There is a total of 6 bedrooms (3 per side) and 6 bathrooms (2 full & 1 half per side), comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests.

Guest Access:
EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.
The Neighborhood:

We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.
🐾 DOG-FRIENDLY:
Don't leave your furry friends behind! Our place is dog-friendly, ensuring that your four-legged family members can join in on the beachfront fun. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($125 for 1 dog, extra $75 for 2) per stay.
VILLAGE OF SURFSIDE/ISLAND WATER:
Given the water quality fluctuations, it is recommended to bring your own bottled water for drinking and cooking during your stay. During high consumption periods, water from the faucets and toilets may have a tint.
WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
